Room service was excellent.

The breakfast was the same everyday no much variety available. Dessert at breakfast was only some bakeries no much variety. Access to cheese and cold meat was not good. Another important point when booking they offer the room with breakfast when i arrived they surprised me that the breakfast only for one person per room which is not clear when i booked and i had to pay for another two so it is supposed to clear this point on booking. And i think booking is sharing with them the idea which is so disappointing.

While the hospitality and facilities were great, one aspect that could use improvement was the presence of flies in the hotel. It was a bit concerning to see them during breakfast and in the lobby, which detracted from the overall experience. A cleaner environment would really enhance the comfort and enjoyment of guests.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location was great and you were about 10-20mins away from all the main landmarks. There were fantastic restaurants within the hotel and shops located nearby. The facilities were great and very clean. The whole hotel smelled amazing and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The front desk staff were responsive to every request we made and ensured that our whole family were placed in rooms within close proximity. The cleaning staff on the first floor were amazingly helpful and kind to my elderly parents. The breakfast buffet staff were so welcoming every morning and helped with any requests. The staff at the doors and security were polite, respectful and helped my elderly father on numerous occasions while waiting for taxis. Although the hotel was near full over the holidays period, it never felt overcrowded or stuffy. The lifts were always easy to come by and all the guests were happy and polite. I definitely recommend this hotel for any family visiting Doha and would definitely stay there again in the future inshallah

- Excellent room and service for the price paid. - Very spacious room. - Located is very near Salwa Road (Saudi border to Doha Main Road), and you can reach every location in Doha in 20 min. - Very helpful staff from recipients to Room Cleaners to the Luggage handler and Securities.

- The internal road to the parking area is the same road that takes you to the main gate. If someone is blocking the way for any reason (Dropping luggage, for example), then you need to wait until they move to reach the parkings. - Shower water pressure is not very good( it might require cleaning the shower head.

I had mistakenly reserved a twin-bed room, but I was traveling with my family. The reception team was very cooperative and attempted to transfer me to another room. Unfortunately, the available room was located in a smoking area, and no other suitable rooms were available at that time. I stayed in that room for one night, and the following day, they were able to provide me with a more suitable room. I would like to express my appreciation to Miklen (if I recall correctly) at the front desk for his kind and professional handling of this situation.

I am very satisfied with my stay. However, I booked this short vacation to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary, as noted in my reservation request. Some hotels offer special arrangements or complimentary items like a cake for such occasions. I hope Dusit Hotel considers this aspect as it can significantly enhance the guest experience.

It was a reasonable price with great facilities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and well equipped the support from the technical team was also very fast. I used the conference room for an interview, they kindly let me use it for free. The restaurant staff were first class and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it.

It was let down by the children’s room. It was a little bit lacking in things for the children to do and wasn’t very well designed. Feel that they can make improvements here.

Since the hotel is new, everything functions well as expected. The cleaning staff maintains the area's cleanliness well.

I have the following observations that need to be improved by the hotel management: 1. When we arrived, no one greeted us to collect our luggage, the valet needed to call someone from inside to collect them. 2. When we were finally in, we were asked to wait almost an hour since the receptionist said the room was being cleaned. We were accommodated past 3 p.m. which is passed the check-in time. 3. Though we were upgraded to Jr. Suite and waited long, the room was not cleaned properly, i.e. dirt marks on the table and carpets, and even the coffee capsules looked dirty. 4. A few times our key didn't work, luckily our eldest daughter was inside to let us in. 5. It took a long time to fill the bathtub due to the low-pressure water coming out, compared to other hotels that we stayed in.

My stay at Dusit was nothing short of amazing, the room and bathroom were top standards, fully automated panels for controls, and the hotel rooms had so much privacy. We got a corner room with amazing views of the city from the top floor, Doha Metro was a 10-minute walk away and a megamart and KFC were 2 minutes away. I want to thank the reception ladies Ikram & Ameni for making my check-in process so smooth and quick, they made my request a priority. I also want to especially appreciate Liru, he handled my housekeeping throughout my stay and he was so kind and super diligent in helping us settle every day. My stay at Dusit was amazing and I will be back later this year!

I hope soon they have more Western TV Channels, BBC, CNN, and Sports options on TV. Rather than that, nothing at all. I loved my stay

This is my second stay at the hotel, the staff are nice and collaborative, the room and other facilities were clean and well maintained, the breakfast is nice I liked the omelet, pancake and waffles, valet parking available as well, the area is quite and easy to access, there is near by gas station.

we booked a room for three person although we paid for the third person same as the two the bed they provided was so cheap and uncomfortable, I asked them to replace it and they brough another one which is slightly better but still not comfortable so I don't recommend to book a room for three person as the rooms already for two and third one they will bring the folded one for the same price.
