Service was excellent and staff absolutely amazing Ahmed, cleaning team, Adna restaurant staff have been outstanding. Their hospitality is outstanding. I was very impressed. Hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good.

The room given to me was very small, too busy for a small room, I stayed there for 3 nights and the noise was ridiculous each night and early morning thus I've been unable to sleep and rest properly which has been very disappointing as I was there for a holiday. I asked for another room and was told the hotel is full yet other guests have requested the same and they got moved. The window was almost impossible to open as I like fresh air rather than AC and damaged my nails trying to open. The room has been highly disappointing and couldnt even see outside properly as small window, no balcony. I would only stay here again if the room was half decent.

Firstly loved the location and the access to the mall, made it super convenient for dining and picking up essentials. The facilities were wonderful too, really enjoyed the pool and the gym was super modern and clean and opened 24 hours.

It’s not so much the property but breakfast was often cold and was it was struggle to get a member of staff to order a hot drink, so on most occasions I didn’t bother ordering a tea or coffee which was a shame. The service was also quite slow, whenever I would call down to reception to request something, it would always take a while before I was attended to. Aside from that the staff were pleasant and polite. The spa was also closed which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking.

I booked one apartment and one room for babysitter when we checked in they surprise me each room in different building which is not mentioned in the description, however they trying to help us but in end they asking me to paying more money to solve the problem not my fault But it’s ok they give us free breakfast during our stay Also resident building less taking care than hotel by the management as no bag trolley and no hospitality same as hotel Could be better if cover the bridge link to both buildings due very cold weather especially with kids each time go to breakfast or mall Breakfast one of the best hotels

Excellent location. Nice quality amenities. Easy access to hotel. Very quiet area. The hotel is attached to Place Vendôme mall, one of the best malls in Qatar.

I was there with my family and needed four rooms. We were given rooms in different floors. What I didn’t like is that each floor has to have special access key or the elevator won’t get there. It would have been more convenient if only one of the hotel floors has limited access instead of all floors. I had to use three access cards to be able to my other rooms located on other floors.

The hotel is very conveniently located attached to the mall, where there are many restaurants where you can also eat outside and do your shopping. Lusail is a very new and modern location, easy to walk to the Marina, very near to Tram station. We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing livingroom and balcony. Our Housekeeper was extremely attentive (gave us extra water, fruits, tea,..) Very comfortable bed, bathroom spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast: large choice of fruits, fresh juices (freshly squeezed, not from a bottle!), cereals, eggs, asian and indian station, bread and pastries,.... nicely presented and refilled all the time. The staff at the breakfast are also super friendly and attentive. Area outside on the terrace to have your breakfast. Overall a great hotel to stay; highly recommended!

Everything! The access to the mall, the super welcoming staff, the great life guards for the pool all of the details for my stay was incredible. It was our anniversary and my husband’s bday, so they surprised us with a cute arrangement in my room.thanks to their kindness.

Only one tiny thing, the AC was either too cold or hot as apparently it wasn’t working properly. Tried to increase the temperature and reduce the fan but nothing seems to work. Also the blackout for the curtains has a small gap which drove me crazy couldn’t close it. I know if I contacted the reception they would have solved it for me but we were too tired and it was only one night so we managed:)

The staff were welcoming, the hotel was new and clean, easy mall access, breakfast was good, nice view.

The hotel parking entrance is good for small vehicles, GMC Yukon Max, but Longer vehicles such as Yukon XL or GM Pick up sizes will be difficult to park in basement, the Hotel managed to let me park outside thanks to the Manager.

Hi We booked a room for a special event as it was our 4th marriage anniversary. When we arrived they upgraded our room to a suite and we found that they put for us special cake, juices, and beautiful flowers. At night they surprised us with more cakes and milkshakes and juices. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is amazing as well is the kid room. I can't explain to you enough how this hotel is amazing, really I never recommended any hotel previously but this one was extremely beautiful. Thank you for providing us with these great moments. I like the reception staff especially Mr. Abdulhaliem he was very helpful and very dedicated to his job. Also I have enjoyed dining breakfast at the yede restaurant with variety and quality of foods.

The room’s plumbing system needs a lot of maintenance. The housekeeping needs to keep an eye on the cleaning staff.
