Perfect hotel. I travel around the world and stay in many hotels, but here I get the highest ratings. Respect. Perfect room. There are no deficiencies. Gentle, quiet cleaning when there are no guests in the room, and at least twice. Breakfast and dinner with a huge selection. What is important and unusual is free drinks, water, coffee and squeezed juices with dinner. There are 4 types of sunscreen on the beach, unlimited drinks, towels and help with getting to the beach. It is worth adding that we rented 5 different rooms in this hotel and each of us was delighted. And live flowers add a special charm to this hotel. Really perfect.

However, the SPA may lack a Turkish bath and the tour is a bit "confusing" :) but that's no problem.

The property is best located hotel in Doha. The property is huge with lots of amenities to discover with its own private driveway to the hotel’s entrance which makes it all the more grand as you approach it. I loved that it had three restaurants on site which made it easy to stay in the compound if you wanted a relaxing and quiet dinner. Lots of choice at breakfast and very kind and responsive staff. I needed to change my room and they were very responsive in sorting this out and making sure I was comfortable. A truly 5 star hotel 🌟

There was only one thing and that is that they allow smoking in the ground floor lounge bar. I understand not all countries have banned smoking indoors but the issue is the lounge bar is partly open plan and adjacent to the front desk and the large foyer. So customers approaching the front desk, the front desk staff, floor guides and the security have no choice but to be hit with the smell of tobacco (which is quite unpleasant) if there happens to be lots of men relaxing in the lounge and smoking. Smoke also rises so rooms at a lower level on that side of the building will undoubtedly be able to smell it in their rooms.

Excellent hotel with a brilliant pool area for family vacations but also for business travelers. My thanks especially go to the extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel who strive to fulfill every wish.

What I didn't like was that I gained 4kg in 10 days. The excellent breakfast and dinner buffet was responsible for this. I would especially like to thank the German head of the kitchen and the buffet manager from Georgia for this 4kg 😡😂

Exceptional value for money staff were outstanding and couldn’t be more welcoming. The facilities were just amazing and I couldn’t speak more highly about the Ritz Carlton

The staff couldn’t be more helpful, everything you could possibly want or need. They were so attentive and welcoming every hour of the day or night.

Hotel cleanliness, standard of food, staff helpful and attentive, room size, internet access, from arrival to departure everything was very good.

The pool is very dated and in need of a refurb. The swim up pool is a fab addition but children being able to jump up on the stools, splash around whilst trying to enjoy a drink and leave a mess isn’t ideal. Maybe this area should be adults only given that alcohol is served. The access to the gym area is not clearly signed particularly going through the spa - the gym facilities are excellent. It would be really lovely if people who are ill respected other guests and either wore masks or stayed in their rooms. Covid was less than 5 years ago and this I realise is not something the hotel can control but maybe polite notice in their hotel guest packs?

Overall excellent. We specifically booked this for our 2 year old due the facilities for children and they did not disappoint. The room had a little tipi set up with balloons, colouring books and cookies for my child. All lovely extras and made him very happy. Someone messaged me a few times a day to check if we needed anything etc . The animal and herb area are cute additions as well as the kids play area which is open from 8am to 10pm which is enjoyed and the staff were so lovely. The outdoor kids slide pool is heated to 30 degrees and is shaded . The other outdoor pools are lush too and enjoyable with child. I loved the fact that they have proper changing rooms / shower facilities by the pools and you can go straight down to the pool floor so no walking through the lobby. The staff were all excellent especially the doormen. They are all very attentive and everything was dealt with swiftly. I would 100% stay here again .

Room lighting isn’t the best - better at four seasons. Husband had an incident as we arrived at hotel , someone had physically moved him out of the way due to a VIP coming . This is not the fault of any of the ritz staff as they were all very apologetic - external police people were the ones who moved him.

Ima small business owner and I know good customer service when I see one and them they were amazing smile on their faces at all time from door man Julia’s and other guy I forgot his name he is tall they super friendly and other staff the same I love them infact I miss them already it was like a home atmosphere. Anyway they were all phenomenal.

Twin room if you get it make sure take all and someone else is taking half and you take half you and then can hear everything you like.

The Ritz Carlton Doha exceeded all my expectations. The room was a lot more spacious and luxurious than I expected. The restaurants serve exceptional good dishes and food. The amount of staff and the friendliness of everyone makes each guest truly spoiled. The culture of the hotel making one feel soo comfortable and welcome. The RC stuff anticipated every wish even before I had it. My sincere appreciation to the whole hotel team. I wish to call out especially the pool staff and the great crew of lagoona beach & pool bar and especially Kamal who provided world class service. My sincere thanks also to houskeeping especially to Adnan who gave it a personal touch each day. Outstanding was the bar crew of Habano Lounge who not only mix exceptional cocktails but truly provide outrageous guest service and guest relations service. The team around bar chef Mehdi spotted my love for dates and surprised me with a gigantic date gift with handmade gift box by the team! My sincere thanks to Mehdi and the team I am still touched by their kindness. I miss RC already and will return surely.
