Boutique feel, very smiley staff, couldn't do enough to help you, buffet breakfast variety v good. Felt very comfortable and welcome as a solo female traveller, felt like home. Fantastic location, so easy to get about to the Corniche and just minutes from the fabulous Qatar National museum.

Pool and garden area is a little small and only in the sun for part of the day. Only one other small outdoor terrace to sit and relax/read. Wifi was very slow - you needed to download a free VPN, which we only found out after struggling for hours, when IT stepped in to help! Reception and IT resolved it v quickly though.

The hotel was nice - a bit dated, but well kept and clean. The value for the room meant that we had no qualms paying for an additional night when we had a late flight out to allow us to stay in the room through the evening. Upon arrival, our room was ready before 10:30 am (a happy surprise), and the staff were very accommodating.

Nothing really. The rooms are a bit dated, but still nice, comfortable, and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the metro (a bit further from where we've previously stayed), but still accessible and taxis are very affordable in the city.

Sometimes there were misunderstanding when ordering food in the room, but they were always ready to compensate the mistake and they were quick to do that. And that was appreciable. Another thing I didn’t like a lot were the prices in the services internally, they were over priced, making it impossible to try them or take part of them.

The location was a short walk to the metro. Very close to the attractions and food places. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and so complaints. Offered us extra pillows for added comfort, complimentary drinks in the room as well as a constant supply of bottled water. We were on the 5th floor and the view was breathtaking of the sea, the mosques and the Bay.

The bathroom needs a little updating but everything worked without any problems. It just looked a little tired.

the hotel breakfast would have been lovely, it was not an inclusion on the room rate. In hindsight we were offered the breakfast on a slightly reduced rate if we prepaid on check in , and we should have done that - deciding afterwards on the actual morning the breakfast looked fantastic and I regret we didn't take up that offer.

Absolutely excellent stay, so much so that I extended it. The staff were super helpful. The room was very comfy, and everything worked well. The wifi was excellent so I caught up on a stack of things online. The cafe/bar had good service and food and large screens for sport. Thr room service was excellent too and the food way better than I anticipated and at a decent price. I'd happily stay again if I return to Doha.

Incredible service from all of the hotel staff with exceptional service from Taminda Silva who went above and beyond to provide me with food, drinks and local information. Location was fantastic, close to key sites, such as the national Museum, Corniche and Souq Waquif marketplace Breakfast buffet was by far the best I have encountered in any Movenpick hotel! Can’t wait to bring family back to enjoy another stay

We had a very pleasant stay, and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE with clean and coordinated bedrooms. A great location 5 minutes from the National Museum and a 20-minute walk from Souq Waqif. The staff were extremely friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners. We had a late flight, and the front desk kindly offered us 2 hours extra free of charge. I can't fault the hotel, especially for the price

Overall my experience staying in the hotel was so excellent, from the lobby staff to the housekeeping, they really are very accommodating they will spoiled your stay to make you feel more comfortable. Hopefully on my next visit i will still choose to stay in this hotel and a longer stay. Thank you everyone 💓

From the very beginning, we were bit early for check in yet the receptionist was kind enough to provide an early check in and upon check out they gave us a late check out too! The room was nice and clean, specially the bathroom was very clean and they provided generous amount of amenities. The best part of our stay is the Breakfast buffet, the amount of verities, the taste were impressive! It was really worth for the money we paid. Last but not the least, the F & B staff was very attentive and kind.
