The receptionist was very accommodating and approachable, Ms. G. The place is so relaxing because of its scenic view. The hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The amenities, including the pool and spa, added to the overall experience of relaxation. The scenic view, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attentive staff made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque escape in Doha.

Good location just 10 mins walk from Souq Waqif metro station (leave via Exit 4)...fast frequent trains from the airport. Or taxi will cost between 35 and 55 QR depending on time. Easy walking distance to Corniche, National Museum, Museum of Islamic Art, Dhow harbour and souqs. Metro will get you to shopping malls and other attractions. Metro day ticket just 6 QR. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful....and there are plenty of them. Room fabulous, Arabic style spacious, nice view over the Cornice and the West Bay skyline. Plenty of tea and coffee. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a bath tub. Good choice of breakfast (served to table rather than buffet) International cuisine buffet available at lunch/dinner...very reasonably priced.

At weekends there is music late into the night from clubs that may not suit light sleepers. Also you have to pay 200 QR damage deposit on arrival. Cash is preferred. If you pay by card they give you cash back at check out less 10 QR bank charge! So you then have to change that back to your own currency at the airport and are of course charged commission.You have to wait at check out until they have checked your room. No big deal...but just so you know what to expect.

Spent a day with my wife on her Birthday in Deluxe King Room Corniche View.. The view from the room was superb looking the Corniche, Museum of Islamic Art, Doha Port and the City Center etc.. And Thanks to the receptionist Ms.Georgie for the welcome service and for helping along for act for surprising my wife as on my request. And the Layaly Saraya Restaurant buffet was great and food was goodtoo. Thanks again to the Restaurant Staff who helped me again for surprising my wife on the Dinner table too. And also Thanks to Mr.Naflan & Mr.Lil for the support during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back again soon.. Thank you again for giving us a satisfying stay 😊😊

Unnecessary kitchen facilities in room I dislike the design of the room with kitchen That has no purpose at all in room I recommend to be removed completely Car park full most of times Wet bathroom floor after each shower But I guess it is clean and tidy

Every thing was fine with me, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the location is perfect and very close to corniche, old Doha port, MIA, Qatar national museum and flags plaza. The room size is large, comfortable and has nice decoration. I liked the hotel facilities specially the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I didn't try the restaurants and the clubs existing in the hotel so I can't judge them.

I didn't feel comfortable with the lighting system in my room but it was a minor observation as I really enjoyed my stay and wish to return back soon.

The reception were very obliging and gave me a wonderful room and early access as I had just come off a cruise ship. The pool was great too.

The room smelt of smoke so they should have non smoking rooms set apart. The surroundings were a bit like a building site, so when walking there were no footpaths, just a path beside the buildings.

The view is mind blowing, absolutely amazing view the entire city centre. There's no need to go to any viewpoints for the Doha skyline view. Breakfast as exceptional. The guy that calls to take the order is so pleasant on the phone, and speaks English well. Reception staff was friendly. Georgie was extremely helpful, anad such a pleasant girl. She has excellent customer service skills. All staff was friendly. Mr Lil as well is a kind gentleman. Overall excellent stay. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing...

We were upgraded to a suite which was good to start with. The location was central near tourist attractions and the staff were all polite and happy to help.

Breakfast could be a bit better with more choices on offer and food should be labeled as not everyone knows. I have to ask myself.
