Nice hotel.

Beware! We booked here because it offered a free round trip shuttle to and from the airport. BUT! We landed at 6:30pm and when we called for the shuttle they told us the next SCHEDULED shuttle was at 9:30pm. It turns out they have a shuttle only every two to three hours and they told us to take a cab. In the morning the free shuttle left the hotel at 4-6-8 which did nothing for our 8am flight. 4 was way too early and 6 would cut it too close. I have never seen a airport shuttle that just didn't continuously make a loop or be on call. Plan for two can rides with your "free" shuttle

Excellent service, the buffet breakfast includedin the price is super value for money, and the staff very polite, professional and friendly. Free hotel shuttle is a highly sought after convenience after a long journey and added to my peace of mind while booking. Although the usual check in time is 14:00 but the reception staff was very kind and considerate to accomodate my request for an early check in at 7.30 am.

Breakfast from 6am only, but that's fine unless you have an early flight. Apart from that, a perfectly decent and well-located cheap alternative to sleeping in the terminal itself. Staff are competent. Good for a stopover.

The shuttle service is limited so please make sure you know the timings before you book. I had to use taxis to and from the airport.

While searching for hotel online, two of screening conditions I ticked were airport shuttle services and inclusive breakfast. I was surprised when I was told that breakfast was not included in the booking. But it was generally a positive experience and left the hotel with no hard feelings.

A great hotel that is perfect for layovers! (Close to the airport, strong wifi, and a soft bed)

It would be better if the hotel shuttle was hourly! Otherwise guess had the choice of going extremely early for their flight or taking a taxi.

The customer service was amazing, they were so accommodating and the food at the restaurant was really good. Location was excellent for spending one day before heading home

The value of money and staff like Rai, lavina and raaz are wonderful as they are accommodating.

After 2 or 3 days of my check out I received a message and unfortunately it's so unprofessional that one of the staff messaged me privately of his intentions towards me. As a code of conduct of a hotelier never ever engage anything to any of your guests privately. It's frustrating that my identification, my personal information and my privacy was passed to any of the staff for personal reasons.

Easy to get to from airport. Good price. Comfortable, Clean and breakfast was cheap and good.

Someone from the hotel stole my credit card details and tried to transact a large sum after I had left using the talabat delivery. 4600qar worth. It could have only been the hotel as that is the only location that I took out my credit card to pay for anything in Doha and I only transited there for 8hrs. Luckily I was able to stop this with my bank.

Great location next to the airport and five minutes from the National Museum metro station. There were concerns that the proximity of the airport = the noise of planes taking off, but these concerns turned out to be in vain, the soundproofing in the hotel is excellent. We had a corner room on a high floor, practically no neighbors - and this is the best thing that has happened to us in many years of traveling :) The bed is very comfortable, thin but heavy blankets (as I like for a sound sleep). There was a kettle in the room, you could always make tea or coffee, and there was bottled water every day. The staff is very professional and friendly (Thank you Raaz, Akashi, Priya, and Hlui), ready to help with any questions even outside their area of ​​​​responsibility (for a very reasonable price they helped organize an excursion to an inland sea in the desert, everything went just fine). The price of the room included a buffet breakfast, which pleased us throughout all 13 days of stay at the hotel. There were no special delicacies, but it was tasty and quite varied: fruits, yoghurts, muesli, hashbrown, sausages, cheese, ham, fresh cucumbers, mushrooms and tomatoes, turkey bacon, eggs in different variations, american pancakes, every day there was something from vegetarian cuisine like couscous with vegetables, Indian chapatis and dishes with beans, excellent pastries, tea, coffee(Thank you Milan, Dinuka, and Chamika). The staff in the restaurant is also very friendly and helpful (Thank you Nasiwa and Ugyen).

1. Personally, I was sad to discover that the window in the room does not open, at all, even for ventilation. The weather allowed for airing the room, but there was no such opportunity, for me this is a serious minus. But I guess that in hot countries this is a common occurrence. Keep that in mind. 2. There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, no glass for toothbrushes, and not a single hook near the sink to hang a hand or face towel. I think the hotel administration should pay attention to this, it is quite easy to solve this issue.

Very lovely hotel for the price. I loved that there was no charge for the room service, that is a wonderful bonus. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was a great size and the water heated quickly. There was a fridge available for me as well.

Only thing missing was the shuttle should have more times. When I landed, there wasn't going to be another shuttle for 4 hours and when I needed to leave for the airport, the shuttle left way too soon or too late. So I had to pay for a taxi twice which wasn't a bad price but a bit annoying. I chose the hotel because it had a shuttle but then I ended up not using it. Oh, and a bathrobe would have been nice but not necessary.
