we arrived at 6:30am local time from after a long flight. the staff allowed us to check in early so we could sleep. We arrived in the month of Ramadan and the staff offered us room service so we could eat and drink. overall great experience and the hotel is lovely.

the room was very large and clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. staff were extremely accommodating. a wonder(ful) place 😉

When I booked your hotel I didn't have any high hopes for it to be this good. It's the little details that impressed me, the parking garage is spotless, the availability of Netflix and we even had enough room for doing computer work without disturbing my other friends who watch their movie, the bathroom is great and clean with everything you'll ever need for personal hygiene, the gym is well equipped and free of charge is the icing on the cake

Unfortunately your hotel has one pool area and at the time there were some women with their children and we didn't want to make them uncomfortable so we didn't use it 😔 Next time we could plan better by swimming early morning

The property was clean and rooms were spacious…everything I needed was already provided in the room I didn’t have to ask for an iron etc they already had it there. The staff were brilliant I had a problem with the Uber driver security helped resolve it. I needed to store my luggage the staff were more than helpful. I would genuinely go stay there again because the hotel was lovely with everything provided and staff were amazing even when I’d call reception about anything always pleasant and friendly. Thank you to every single member of the hotel, the security team, the cleaning team and the reception team, I really appreciated the excellent service provided.

There was not much that I didn’t like tbh…hotel was brilliant. I’m not sure about the local area though as I didn’t explore it..I always got an Uber. Location isn’t central central…it’s not far from places but not completely central.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The family room size is a big hit! It is also clean, which is really important to me. It has a decent gym and pool. However, sometimes it is too hot to use the pool, as there is no shade on the roof top. I think a little shade would be great. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is good, however, I personally feel that there should be a little more variety, especially with cut fruits. This is important if you are going to stay for a number of days, like I did. There is noise you can hear if someone is outside the door. I made the hotel aware of this, and they were very apologetic about this. The location has two nearby metro stations, that you can get to via an approx 15 minute walk. There is a lovely airport view too, from higher floors, if you are a plane enthusiast!

The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The service was above our expectation. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It was very family friendly. We had access to the gym, pool on the roof and sauna. We stayed during Ramadan and had booked breakfast. As we were fasting, the hotel brought early breakfast (suhoor) to the room, which was very thoughtful and convenient.

The room could sometimes get cold during the night (maybe because it was chilly outside), we tried putting the AC on the highest temperature but it didn't help much. This is something that could improve.

Our room very spacious and have bath tub with only QAR595 for 02night.. Location is near to Pakistan restaurant,indonesian restaurant and old city is around 7mins with uber cost QAR11 only.. Swimming pool at roof area open till 2100 and have dinner table and rest chair.. Reception Staff and security is very helping and nice..

This area is Pakistan community,you will expecting so many man around this area..maybe girl/wife are not comfortable..but they are ok.. Metro is very far with 2+min to walks..just download uber and go everywhere with them..
