well maintained, clean and tidy. good value for money. very convenient location for city centre and Airport. just 15-20 minutes to Airport depending on the traffic.

but one thing I did not like is security staff, I feel like they were little bit judgemental, after the checkout it’s feels like you are no body to the security guys, we had to load the car with our baggages one of security guys was very rude and ask what are we doing here. as if after check out you are no to be here.

Everything except the reception staff

I am a guest of hotels around the world..Europe..Asia..Africa ..more than twenty years ago..I stayed in this hotel a year ago and everything was fine.. but Now there's a New reception staff (Tunisia n girls) who makes you feel insulted Feel like you are in their own rooms not in the hotel and they dealings with a customer like he is there for prostitution. I am not here for prostitution.. I need for staff that makes me feel that I am in a respectable hotel.. Prostitution places are known for us . Kindly Put this reception staff somewhere behind.. this an Arabic staff are dealing for Them self not for the hotel .. The Old Asian staff was respected and has a nice experience of hospitality.

About the club was to much harassment and loud

Every thing was good but the sound in club too loud and there is family and children also the disturbing sound reaches into rooms on high floors

we were only there for 1 night, it was all good.

the staff and the latest technology that used in the hotel .. lighting in the room and the cleaning without calling the room service

they don’t have valet parking and the room was very very cold

The thing i didnt like is when i got in the hotel the reception guy told me your reservation has been cancelled so i spoke to him and showed him my booking and requested him to please give me the reservation after that he agreed before that he was not in mood to give me a room because he wanted some higher price for those who were coming walk in and i my self booked on booking.com so thats the reason i didnt like otherwise everything was ok

We loved everything about it truly! The staff made it extremely pleasant. From receptionist: Soukaina and Bouthaima; housekeeping and housekeepers: Ashiq; security and a special thank you to the Violet Restaurant staff who made us excited to get up every morning and not miss Breakfast! As well as make it extremely special for my partners birthday. The facilities this hotel has is mind blowing too! It has everything you need, from your pool to your barbers & salon, spa, restaurant and cafe. To the whole team of VIP Hotel Doha, THANK YOU! Continue with your great service and kindness. It sincerely made our entire journey worth it!❤️

The property is perfectly located to everything. Walking distance from your local hyper market and beautiful local restaurants. Also short distance from great tourist attractions, malls and airport.

Room wad nice

Front office staff, i don't know his name, he did check in for me and he put me in room 224, and after few hrs i inform reception i couldn't sleep due to noise from bar and he change my room into 509. I just start into my deep sleep the staff knocking my door asked about my ID, i inform him i will give in the morning, and after few min reception again call my room for ID. 2 times i lost my sleepyness. Hk number always busy whenever i call for request.

After reading reviews I was concerned over check in and noise. The checkin was very quick and easy even though I arrived early. The noise was not evident except when down in the lobby. Enjoyed the stay

Only minor complaint would be the limited menu options but what they did they did well.
