It was in a convenient location as it was 10 minute walk away from mesherib station which is a hub so you can go to many places from there, room was good and comfortable and facilities were great for us as we didn’t stay in the hotel long during the days and just wanted somewhere to rest.

The floor we were on was a smoking floor and when we initially went in the room there was a smell of cigarette but the smell went after the first night and regular housekeeping. Key card access to the room can be a bit weird to understand first as it needs to be put in then taken back out of the door but once we got used to it that was fine. Air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room as much but as we went in the winter period it didn’t affect us but i can see this being an issue if travelling in summer months

Very polite and Helpful staff. Specially there was an Indian staff I think his name was Gajendra or Jagendra, He was extremely helpful.

Can’t check in early. I asked the receptionist to check in early and she told me to pay extra if I wants to check in early because it’s their policy.

I clearly remember that when I looked for the place in Booking the hotel shown was Ramada Old Town. I even marked this on my map. But the booking confirmation came for Ramada Encore which was far away from the place we wanted to stay.

I must say that I am very glad and happy to stay in Ramada encore Hotel, where I witnessed maximum care of myself and my colleagues. Accommodation, food, service has been of excellent level. All the staff is extremely polite and attentive to details. My special regards to the front office staff, and particularly to Mr.Gajendra for the utmost efforts to guide me location with a healthy smile. I sincerely do hope to return to this Hotel, and wish successful activity and prosperity in this business. Thank you once again for the rendered Hotel, and country hospitality of course.

This is the one hotel where I honestly feel so at home.Stayed at a luxurious hotel with impeccable service with a beautiful swimming pool , GYM, and delicious food Incredible service and staff at the Ramada encore. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs with utmost professionalism and warmth. Their friendly demeanour and efficiency set a positive tone for my entire stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of my room. It was meticulously cleaned and maintained every morning, making my stay exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping staff truly deserves commendation for their hard work and attention to detail. The hotel's central location in Doha was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from Mushaireb Central Metro Station and within walking distance of Souq Waqif and the New Doha. This made exploring the city a breeze and added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay. One of the most remarkable aspects was the room price, which was surprisingly affordable compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the past. What can I say, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I arrived a few hours early before check in time and the receptionist by The name Gajendra was kind enough to let me check in early without any issues. The staff are very accommodating and I enjoyed speaking with getting assistance from Anbarul (very nice man). The hotel had a small gym, swimming pool and sauna which were in great condition and nice to use. Beds were comfy and room was a decent size for one person. The location is also great. 10 mins walk to the Mshereib metro station which is perfect as it has all 3 lines to take you were you need to Doha. The location is also walkable to the Souq Waqif…you can also take metro is it is easier. I was happy to again see Gajendra and Anbarul when I checked out (again both very nice gentlemen). I also saw Yasmin another receptionist when checking out who was also very nice. All in all hotel was great albeit it was off peak so I imagine the staff were not as overworked, staff all very polite, location is good and so were the facilities. Tbh even the house keeping staff were amazing. I would definitely stay here again

Would have liked for the gym to have a few more equipments but then again I imagine it’s not used very often so the minimum will do.

The lady life guard, Nelly (I hope I got her name right), and the floor staff were the gems of my stay.. special shout out to Nelly for offering and assisting me on the use of sauna. The room is a little bit uncomfortable. It's a good thing that your amenities -gym, pool, and sauna were there to make my stay worth it. The floor staff accommodated my requests as quickly as possible as well. In fact, I'm looking forward to giving it another try and experience breakfast as well.

Since the word Wyndham was on their name, I expected a little bit more. The room has a suffocating smell. I read the fine print many times just to make sure I didn't book a smoking room. Nothing was indicated but there was an ash tray inside. I thought it would go away on its own. Sadly, it did not and I only realized it late at night when I came back to my room. I had a staggered sleep on my 2nd night and the smell stuck on my clothes. I think it's because there's no exhaust even in the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the toilet bowl had visible stains and I ended up cleaning some of it.

I recently stayed at ramada encore by wyndham , and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The room was absolutely perfect spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities were top-notch, from the high-quality toiletries to the modern tech features. The service was equally outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge who provided excellent recommendations, every interaction was handled with professionalism and care. Room service was prompt. Overall, my experience at ramada encore by wyndham exceeded all expectations, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Well furnished hotel, helpful and friendly staff, very accommodating, easy to contact room service or housekeeping from your room, good AC, pool and gym facilities were lovely, pool is child-friendly (no deep end). Within walking distance to souq waqif, the Museum of Islamic Art and Al-Fanar Masjid. They are good at handling food orders from Talabat; will keep it for you until you collect from reception. Definitely recommend them!
