I clearly remember that when I looked for the place in Booking the hotel shown was Ramada Old Town. I even marked this on my map. But the booking confirmation came for Ramada Encore which was far away from the place we wanted to stay.

- the location: it’s perfect to explore Doha, the important metro station msheireb and the Souq Waqif are just nearby (10 minutes of walk) - great price-performance ratio: the room is clean and offers everything you need and more than you would expect for the price - the hotel staff: Here I would like to appreciate the great service delivered by Mr. Gajendra and his team. All the team members were very helpful and very friendly. One day my desert safari tour got canceled just 2 hours before by the agency. Mr. Gajendra managed to arrange a desert safari by another agency for the same day. Thank you very much for your great effort ☺️🙏🏽

- the breakfast buffet may offer a wider food range

all staff was so helpful in all aspects, from before entering the hotel to leaving. they helped with luggage, asking if anything is needed, reminding me about check-out, complimentary water/coffee in rooms, and theres a nice dine-in restaurant in the hotel too for a reasonable fee if you dont want to go out for breakfast/dinner/late night snacks. overall really great 3 night stay and a perfect location, 10-15 min from the airport, in addition to being close to known locations. also across the street from a convenience store/gas station if you're in need of anything. (also shout out to Gajendra for helping us out throughout the stay, thank you!! super sweet and always helpful!)

it was all good, cant think of anything that i didnt like.

the room very clean, every day towels and bedsheets were changed, staff very happy to help, very nice and welcoming , polite, all the time with smile on their faces, lovely people from the receptionist Koolud ( pretty sure I messed her name up! sorry Beautiful) to all crew from the hotel, restaurant, cleaners, security. we had a great time in Doha and Qatar with all our tours , food and what we've learnt about culture, tradition and people. It's amazing how much potential this country has. Well done qatary people.

maybe the position of the room... better view, but, we didn't spend too much time indoor so it was fine.

Hotel is well maintained, in a great location walking distance from Souq and Msherib. The room was very comfortable. All amenities were provided, all the stuff was very approachable, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Pauline at the reception for helping us to get a non smoking room, which was our preferred choice. We tried the room service as well, food was delicious. Many thanks for great hospitality to all the staff and we hope to visit again!

Very good as a transit hotel. Comfortable beds, clean modern bathroom, bathing robe, lots of pillows. I requested a quiet room where I could sleep during the day and I got it. Staff very polite and helpful. Nobody disturbed me, even when I asked for extra drinking water, it was left outside the door since I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I booked two nights because I arrived at midnight and was leaving in the evening. Still, considering the rest I got, it was good value for money.

The location is 15 minutes away from souq waqif and the nice skyline viewpoint. The room was very nice wellequibed with free bathrobe, Coffee, water and tea. The room is very big and has to chaiselong and a table. The bathroom is very clean. The staff were freindly and helpfull. The restorant serves delicious food for a resonable price, fx 22 riyal for a half grilled chicken with fries. The value is great

It is a hotel so it is not bugdet freindly eventhough i only payed around 35 euro pr night.

We received excellent service from Ramada Encore Hotel they made our stay unforgettable.One for the best hospitality I've ever received! Great swimming pool & Gym.Our room so specious and good. The enviornmet so great. From the warm welcome to the great customer service, the hotel staff is amazing.The people are outstanding, professional, and very friendly. Especially thanks to Gajendra from the concierge. Looking forward to our next visit.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was very big with many pillows and comfy linen. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. The staff was super friendly, advised me on how best to get back to the airport and even lent me an electrical adaptor to charge my phone. Overall, my overnight stay was pleasant and I got to the airport within 15 min in the early morning.

Hotel was a little outdated, but still facilities were ok.

The place is super clean ant the staff is the best. The location is very convenient, since it is a few minutes of walking from the nearest metro station. I had a dinner there and the food was delicious. If I ever have a long layover in Doha again, I will book this place.

For me, the AC was really strong and when I told the staff, they apologized and said that the AC is controlled generally, not in individual rooms, and so there is nothing they can do. I felt really cold there though.
