The location was very convenient. Room service is good. The guys at car valet were very nice and flexible.

First they gave us a room at the 3rd floor which is the floor of the gym and restaurant. The floor was noisy, the smell was bad because of the Shisha smoking and no security needed for that floor. First, they told us that this was the only available room: Then after we complained about the floor they provide us a room at the 16th floor. I appreciated it that they replaced the room. But, they shouldn’t provide a less comfortable room when there was better ones available. We had to repack our luggage and move which wasted our time after a long car trip.

Location perfect. Services were very good. We were uograded to an amazing view of Doha. Phenomenal. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Even the staff outside the entrance would support with taxi luggage loads shopping bags etc Masood was amazing and extremely supportive and helpful.

Fast Wi-Fi Internet, the staff was very cooperated, and the property was so clean. they have a complimentary Arabic coffee with some dates. Moreover, receptionist Mrs. Wearm has upgraded my room to executive room. also, the porter Mas‘ud was so cooperative as well.

I didn’t like the room service food, it’s unpalatable food !! I think they have to change(do not disturb) sign, because the existent one is so old and we cannot close the door.

- Excellent location. In Msheireb, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres. Close to a tram station that can take you around Msheireb. Direct access to Souq Waqif. - Super friendly and helpful staff. Received an amazing service from all staff, especially Khalil from the restaurant who has been consistently energetic and super helpful!

- There could have been more/better variety for the breakfast options. - Breakfast tables could have been better organized; in some instances, the waiters served orders to the wrong tables. Numbering the tables could be a helpful thing to do.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness in the hotel. The location, just a few steps from Souq Waqif. A very good breakfast, with a lot of options. The housekeeping - very attentive to details.

I have just a small suggestion: for breakfast, you could have like a blackboard or something where the client could see what he/she could order apart from what he/she sees on the tables. I stayed 5 days in your hotel and only on the 4th I saw (on someone's plate) that I could order eggs benedict, not just scrambled eggs, fried or boiled eggs.

I liked the concierge staff. They were super helpful and friendly specially Mr.Islam

At the check-in process, I requested a non-smoking room via booking. When I arrived , the front desk told me if I had requested a smoking room. I denied it. When I entered the room, I realized my room was a SMOKING ROOM!. I went back to the front desk, and they told me we don't have availability. At this point, I felt I wasn't treated professionally as I been treated as a kid, especially since I have a kid in which they didn't even care of her . At the end, and after talking with the manager, they gave me a non-smoking room

The hotel was recommended by a friend and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. it was the best location for any traveler, the facility was spotless tidy and clean, the room was so big and spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I needed to use the business center, and it was quite and easly to work from.

The only downside that I must remark on is the breakfast buffet. Though the breakfast facility is amazing, clean, and has a wonderful patio that you can sit and enjoy, there was lack of buffet options plus nothing is offered for customers with allergies (Gluten free or lactose intolerance). e.g., first day, they offered a raw honeycomb in the buffet, and the next three days there was nothing. e.g., It took the cook three trials to make me a sunny side-up eggs. e.g., the waffles offered in the buffet were hard as a rock. we had to wait 25 minutes for fresh ones.

Excellent location. Only a five minute walk to the Msheireb metro station, thru which all three metro lines run. A very short walk to the waterfront, from which you can take cool pictures of the Doha skyline. A very short walk to the gold souq and Souq Waqif. Attentive and helpful staff. Excellent air condition, which was highly efficient in cooling down the room and it was very quiet. Pretty good, but not the best, sound proofing from the corridor and from the outside. Fast and stable Wi-Fi-connection. Complimentary water bottles were provided every day.

It's really hard to fault this hotel, so this will be nitpicking: - All the shampoo and soap bottles were mounted to the walls in the shower and besides the sink, however, there were no such amenities for when you wanted to use the bathtub, which was a bit of a hassle. - Not the best sound proofing from the corridor and from the outside area, but it wasn't a problem for me.

Very well located hotel. Clean and calm. Close to souq waqif where you can find restaurants and other activities. Breakfast is great as well as the amenities.

The only reason why I did not rate 10/10 is because the concierge services was not really helpful when I asked advice to rent a car: they sent me to another hotel quite far away with which they had an agreement, although there were closer (and probably cheaper) car rental agencies.

The hotel is ABSOULTELY fantastic! Great location, literally a few steps from the very heart of Old Town, i.e. Old Souk and close to the Souk metro station. Staff - amazing! :) They are available 24 hours and always eager to serve and help You. Besides, their hospitality is authentic not "stiff" meaning they really like their job! I liked especially the young receptionist called Abadjeen, but everybody was nice. The coffemaker in room means you can have your own espresso whenever you want :) alcohol is served in hotel bars, swimning pool also nice. Generally five stars or more!

Tere are a few mosques in the neighbourhood so if You are sensitive to noise or sounds at night the songs from there might be problematic. However I got used quickly and liked it eventually :)
