Large And Clean Rooms with very nice view

Check out time they told me i cannot extend it after 1pm and i need to pay extra charge if i extend but prior to reservation i confirmed here in booking .com that i can check out at 2 pm and i had screenshot also when i sent it to them they said they cannot find who replied me and they cannot allow to have check out at 2 pm

Staff's attitude and amenities with reasonable price

Could have installed OTT application in TV like Netflix etc.

Everything was good and the food was awesome (at night) what we ordered. But in the morning we ordered the same it was different and it was not that good. Overall everything else was good. Thank you

The morning food. And the front office staff, they ain't that friendly not smiling or not welcoming at all. Asked for a late checkout, just said no.

I had an incredible stary at this calm family oriented hotel. very clean and neat. the staff was great and very helpful, from the front desk to the security and the helpers. had no issue at all along my stay. the hotel is right next to musheireb down town and souq waqif area, a walkable distance to find yourself in the heart of doha and the finest restaurants/ cafes. also easy to access the meteo station.

The windows could be cleaned to profit from the city/ sea view.

We found this Hotel very well equipped, staff was precise and the location of the hotel was really optimal. Arriving from the airport, the red line's 2 stations are really close. Walking from here is easy in every direction.

We were told at checkin that breakfast would be from 6.30. We had to leave the hotel at around 6:45 to catch the plane and I hoped we would get a quick breakfast, but we were told in the morning at checkout that the breakfast was moved to 7:30. The lady at the reception was kind enough to start making a phonecall to the kitchen to see what they can do, but we asked her to let it down, we would have lost time, so no breakfast...

Friendly and respectful staff who genuinely care about their facility and making sure that their guests are happy. I was very happy to return after 3 years and find Mr Abu Sheik still managing.

Parking garage is challenging both in terms of its drivability and finding a parking space during certain times of the day/night.

The view is nice, i see together the city view and the Sea view i like it to much because for me every time i see at the night i feel relaxing good job exellent for me 👍🏻👌

Only not allowed to hitting food if ever we bring food in outside, then i want to hit the food not allowed.. but all in all form the facilities, staff everything is nice even I am a first time there.

We had a spacious room with a beautiful sea view. Two twin beds and sofa with armchairs provided enough comfort and space to relax after a flight. Hotel is located with walking distance from Souq Waqif and only 15-20 mins Uber ride to the airport. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and provided a lot of useful info. A perfect place for a stopover in Doha.

The hotel looks a bit older and room equipment is already slightly rundown in some areas. Dispite the spacious room, bathroom is very tight and could do with a deep cleaning.

Good place to stay, the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The place is so nice and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. The front desk staff Ms Sailaja was friendly and very professional. Me and my wife had a great experience at your hotel and we can't wait to come back again. Thanks for the warm welcome.

There isn't signages to guide customers the direction of rooms from elevator. I suggest if they can put signages showing the direction of rooms at the lift Lobby (e.g room 901 - 906 should indicate an arrow showing left side)
