Location near MRT Blue Line / Bencoolen station. Simple Blue Line transit from airport to Bencoolen. Also MRT Yellow Line Bras Basah station around corner. Transit option after hotel check in. Also MRT bus #131 on corner goes to Merlion Park, Raffles Place and downtown. Easy quick trip. Eating options a short walk from hotel include 7-Eleven & Starbucks & restaurant on corner.

The hotel is not far from the airport, only 20 minutes by taxi/car. The hotel is only 1-minute walk to both Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations. Actually, if you want to travel to the tourist spots, it is also very convenient to take a bus, just Google and take a bus as advised on Google. Well, it takes you only 3 stops via Bus#131 to Merlion Park, 5 stops via Bus#166 to Chinatown, 4 minute walk to National Museum of Singapore.

No cotton bud and Body Lotion provided.

We stayed for 5 nights in the 30 Bencoolen hotel and liked it very much. The hotel has a attractive location. Our room was comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only negative remark : the hotel mentions on its website a "generous breakfast buffet", and in fact there is only a limited and not very practical possibility for breakfast. Also on the website is a unrealistic indication "delicious all-day dining" : the restaurant is in reality limited to a bar ( which closes at 5 p.m).

The rooms were reasonably sized, not always the case in Singapore. Staff was friendly. If you need a shower after checking out -- we had a 10 pm flight -- you can use the shower in the pool room upstairs. There is good food all over Singapore; this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from a pretty good hawker center. Very convenient to the MRT. (From the airport, I recommend the green line to Expo and then the blue line to Bencoolen, which is only a few meters from the hotel. The hotel's website gives a lot of MRT options but doesn't make a decision. This is the easiest way.) We liked having a guest laundry -- but at 16 Singapore dollars per load, it's pricey.

Restaurant was closed. (There are food options nearby).

Stayed for 8 nights. Very clean and more spacious than expected. Upgraded to a room with a terrace/balcony which was a lovely place to sit in the sun or relax in the warm evening. Nice to have a city hotel with some outdoor space. Very rare. Beds were very comfy and the pillows really firm which made for a great nights sleep. Housekeeping top notch. Location was great, right next door to a 7/11 and a small food court 1 minute away in Lazada. Would stay again for closeness to 2 MRT stations & everything I needed was nearby or 5-10 mins walk away. WiFi was good too.

So many taxis hadn’t heard of it! So remember to save the zip code on your phone to help your drivers!

We arrived early, around 7:30 AM, and while we could have left our luggage, we were exhausted from the long flight. Fortunately, we were able to check in early after paying 50% of the room rate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with essentials like a kettle, tea, and coffee. We also received bottled water daily. The hotel offers a guest laundry service, with a wash costing SGD 10. The location is great, with an MRT station just a minute away and several bus stops nearby. Note that breakfast isn’t available, but there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance.

The room is clean. You can adjust the shower for different water level. No breakfast. There are 2 complementary bottles of water every day. The hotel next to Food Dynasty and Fortunre Center Buildings, you can find variety of food overthere. THere is one Desert place at the Foture Center Building (second floor), they sell tapioca ball ice cream desert. The air conditioner run all days (you don't have to insert the card to turn on the electric like other hotel. In front of the hotel is the MRT.

They should have put the tag Complimentary on the 2 bottles of water, so I don't have to ask the staff

(1) The rooms are spacious -- very. (2) Large and well-placed desk -- ideal for work/study from hotel. (3) Efficient room layout, with plenty of electrical/USB outlets, without useless gadgets traditional hotels often have (4) Spacious shower booth and restroom (5) Spacious wardrobe (6) Rooftop pool (7) I brought my own pillow to the hotel. Was surprised to see room cleaners offered to put on covers daily on my pillow as well.

(1) Gym is a bit small. But I could tell the hotel made its best effort to make it work. (2) If you still need old-fashioned hotel gadgets --- I don't know, such as the bible, bedside alarms, small furniture, iron box, or excessive number of tiny drawers? --- This is not for you. (3) The location is near perfect imo, but the distance to Dhoby Ghaut station is farther than it seems and includes uncovered path. If immediate access to Red line/ Green line is a must then that can be a problem.

The hotel and facilities were amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the gym and pool facilities were great. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were nice and courteous making the experience great! The location was amazing with the Hotel being connected to the main subway lines with all the tourist attractions being easy to access with public transport and all being in a very close radius of thw hotel, which made it easy to get to places, the hotel was also surrounded by bus stops meaning you had lots of public transport options available. There was also lots of food options nearby. This is the perfect hotel to stay in both location and facilities wise. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely modern hotel. Good size room. Very clean. Big comfy bed. Good side tables and wardrobes. Desk and television. Fridge in room. Water was replaced every day. Bathroom was good. Walk in shower. Nice towels and toiletries which were replaced every day. Room was cleaned every day and sheets changed once during our stay. Pool area was excellent and we had the pool to ourselves most days. Great location with a metro Station 2 mins walk from hotel. Easy to get anywhere and the Metro was very good value.

We had a balcony which we paid extra for but we couldn't use it as there was no view and the noise from the air conditioning units on the building next door were deafening. We could hear the noise in our room too. We had to wear earplugs. The hairdryer was a bit worn too.
