The cleanliness. room space and amenities were very good. The large bed was very comfortable also.Location was exceptional with 4 MRT stations within 5-10 minute stroll. There is also 3 large Hawker centres ( if you like that type of thing) extremely close. Night life is also right on doorstep but you never hear it as soundproofing is very good. There is also a really good rooftop pool, gym and laundry.

It would be nice to have a small coffee machine in the room as the instant coffee provided is awful and whilst the room was cleaned fairly well,the floor never seemed to be swept. Very minor issues though.

The room itself and location were great. They have a small gym and rooftop pool which was a great addition. The thing we appreciated the most was being able to use their pool and shower even after checking out which was ideal for a late evening flight.

They charge 100€ for an extra bed. Thats not clear when you book for 1 kid on booking.com

The staff were accommodating with early check in and late checkout. The room was clean and stylish and had all the modern conveniences such as a good coffee machine, fridge and microwave. I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel and would stay again. Also close to the MRT so can easily catch the train to and from the airport.

The only comment I can make is that there is no secure area for luggage storage. Although there are staff on the desk at the ground floor reception the cases are just left in the lobby so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my luggage there.

Location was excellent - close to Chinatown - 2 tube stations nearby - only a few stops to Marina - Nankin Street right at back of hotel has plenty of bars etc. Threw is building works all around the City - our room was soundproofed & we didn't hear a thing.

I thought our room was a little small although compact - had hairdryer - fridge - microwave - ironing board & all mod cons. The bar was quite small & Japanese themed so not to my taste - would have liked a bit more choice in food & drinks & it was dear enough considering you could walk 2 mins to a plethora of bars.

For such a lovely hotel I didn't find the staff overly helpful when we asked for a couple of bits of advice etc you could tell they weren't interested. Compared to everyone else we met in Singapore who couldn't do more for us ! The organised power cut we weren't told about until we had already checked in was annoying as we had to go for most the night without air con or any power when we were jet lagged and our sleeping pattern was all over the place

The room was amazing. Spacious, comfortable, quiet. Just lovely. I didn’t want to leave. There is a kitchenette, a coffeemaker, nice shower, all the necessities. I just came from Vietnam which was very basic and it was so nice and comfy in comparison. I did wish the water was more hot. The location was nice - close to the Boat Quay, walking distance to quite a few sights, easy walk to the subway. It’s in Chinatown which is a destination in itself.

I thought the concierges were ineffectual. I needed a cab one day and they basically couldn’t help me with it. I mean it’s their job. For fear of this happening again, I booked a transfer to the airport with Booking.com

Location. The Telok Ayer metro exits A and B is 50 m and China town stop just 30m from the hotel (although there are many exits! D and E are closest. There are many wonderful places to eat

Breakfast wasn’t included and when I decided I’d like to try it was confusing information but basically you need to book the night before. The hotel restaurant on level 2 where reception is has apparently been “outsourced” so they were happy to turn away $90 for a couple. From what I saw of the buffet it’s overpriced and I’m glad we ate at the Hawker markets which are cheap local food cooked fresh and friendly staff.

Clean, modern, lovely bedding. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with lovely chocolates and wine in my room! Very much appreciated. The roof top pool at night is amazing! Couldn’t get a better location, next to MRT, near China town. Near a 7/11 for snacks. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing I’d say is on the images it shows you get a coffee machine when really all we got was a kettle and some coffee sachets. Which didn’t bother us but it might do some people.
