The 2-bed room was ideal for our family of five. The location was a stone's throw away from Orchard Road. This was convenient for walkabout tours. The pool was good for a dip to cool off the tropical heat.

There was a minimum 6 nights stay for the location, which worked well in our scenario. However, house-keeping was only on Tuesdays and Fridays. It would be nice to have more frequent house-keeping. The location does not come with an on-site restaurant, but a varied vending machine would've helped. The kids corner was poorly stocked with toys or arts and crafts things.

Our room was very clean and seemed very new. There was a sliding door in the room which we were able to close off from the second bed. Train station was a short walk and we were able travel everywhere from there. Cafes & supermarket close by.

Maybe a fully stocked vending machine would be handy.

Location near to bus, MRT station (10 min walk, few hundred mtrs). Rooftop view. Swimming pool. Parking underground. Double air condition. WiFi is excellent, separate on each floor. Kitchen with sufficient tools to prepare some light meals. Near to 24 hrs supermarket (FairPrice). With extensible sofa, can easily accomodate a family of 4 persons / 2 adults with 2 childrens. Bed lined is provided also for sofa as well. But the sofa is not so confortable ...

One of AC was very noise and supply dirty air and smell. On the other AC the thermoswitch was defective, means working continuoslly even the setting temperature was reach - can not maintain the desire temperature and the room become very very cold. On the swimming pool was only 2 (two) sunbeds - reported also by previous guests, without any improvements so far by hotel staff. The room door is not sound proof, can easily hear the other people talking. Cleaning of room is provided 2 times/week only. The price was exorbitant, probablly dut to year period of time (end of december with Christmas)

I asked to accomodate 5 pax, they provided the necessary bedding. I booked this studio for the facilities such as washing machine, combo fridge and stove.

After booking the studio, i earned a free airport taxi which booking.com didnt do the necessary asap. I had to pay for the taxi and now still awaiting a refund after 2 weeks....

Our room no was 512. We stayed for 9 nights. We are a reasonably active couple in our 70s. The room size was excellent. The staff very helpful especially the gentleman that checked us in. There was a reasonable sized supermarket 6 mins down the road along with a good choice of local food places to eat at. We used the Somerset MRT to get to the zoo etc. Orchard Rd is about a 10 mins walk away. We used Fort Canning MRT to get around that was about a 10 min walk down the road. We also on the first day walked to the hop on hop off bus stop on the yellow route along form Fort Canning. Someone mentioned no hot water in a review. We had an abundance of hot water in our room. The room was serviced twice while we were there and was very tidy and a decent sized bathroom. There was a washing machine/dryer in the room. The swimming pool was great to relax in after a day out in Singapore. Its not overly deep but is great just to relax and cool off in. If in our travels we go back to Singapore we would defiantly stay here. For us the room was great the staff great and it was central for all we had planned to do in Singapore.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location was amazing close to everything we needed,and bus and train stations. Family of 4- 8 and 3 y/o plus elderly MIL enough room for all. Added bonus of washing machine and dryer combo. Kids loved the pool and kids room , the gym small but has what you need. Very clean and staff helpful with advice and requests

The sofa bed and single bed were extremely hard/firm.

The people on Reception, were very helpful, and even called for a taxi a few times. This worked out very well for 4 people. The swimming pool looked very clean and had small groups of people there throughout the day. We had the 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms for four people which worked out very well. We requested more bowls and plates which we got straight away. The kettle was easy to use and heated up again when required. The induction bench top was easy to use. The fridge kept our water and food cold. The microwave was easy to use too. The large elevator always came quickly as well. There were Heatpumps in both bedrooms and 2 aircondition units in the lounge and in the dining room. Good size tv. High studs and apartment was very quiet. The Thanksgiving apartment was about a easy 10 min walk to the local cafes and supermarket, 7 eleven. We could catch a bus near there as well. The whole complex was clean and tidy. We caught the "54" bus to Bishan Int for a day trip and was pleasantly surprised at the local mall at the bus interchange. Cost was S$2.50 ea per trip. The receptionist helped us plan this trip, and we later returned on the bus and got off at Orchard road for more shopping. This particular bus stop was about 100m away from the apartment. We ordered a taxi to the airport through reception, and got a very nice taxi to fit the 4 of us and 4 pieces of luggage. You can download "Grab" (reception helped me), to order transport, food etc. Highly recommended. 10a.m -12 for checkout.

Nothing to complain about. We liked everything.

Location, nice feel, comfortable beds. Great to have washing machine and kitchen.

We paid extra for a 5th person and did not get additional plates/ cup/ chair so we couldn't all sit at the table and the lounge only sat 3 people. Water heater on shower took some getting used to.

great location, really good rooms, cool area with coworking, gym, very nice pond and roof. In walking distance to Orchard, Fort Canning, Clarke Quay and even the MBS area.

Our stay in Thanksgiving Serviced Residence was truly delightful. The location was fantastic, being close to one of the main attractions, Fort Canning Park. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment. We also appreciated the proximity to a grocery store, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Getting around the city was a breeze thanks to the convenient public transportation options available nearby. It was easy to reach all parts of the city, which made our travel experience seamless and enjoyable. This place is a perfect choice for traveling with children. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
