Location and the staff. I absolutely love the room.

It is strategically located at Chinatown, near to MRT Chinatown 'Exit A'. Many food options available nearby and a number of shopping centres nearby. The hostel itself is clean and the size of my room is ok, just did not expect it to be at the top floor. Common areas such as kitchen are also ok and there is a water dispenser machine for you to refill at any time. Staff is also helpful and attentive.

The wifi is sometimes unable to be connected and I have to use my own data at times.

The proximity to the Smrt station coming from thr airport and the Chinatown hawker center was a major factor for me. Furthermore the location thru the smrt connected me easily to shopping and sightseeing districts.

None that I can think of. But the wifi reach could use a booster. Sometimes its hard to connect once your inside the room.

Great location right next to Chinatown and a big metro station from where you can easily reach the whole city! Friendly staff and options to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Basic breakfast available.

During our stay, there was a big group of younger students staying there, and the showers were not cleaned often enough. The bathrooms, in general, could need a little update, in my opinion. On our first night, we had very noisy neighbours who talked in the dorm late at night, but that can happen in any hostel, just annoying. There are not many common areas except the kitchen and the hallway. The beds were not the most comfortable ones but good enough for a few nights.

Me and my family (group of 10 pax) stayed in the hostel for 3nights and we loved our stay here. Although we have kids in our group, it is not that difficult to manage, they actually loved the double decker style in our room. Also, we didn't expect much on the breakfast menu since it was clear from the hostel team from the beginning. The Wink @ Mosque Street is a recommendable place to stay with its perfect location, near the Metro Station (Chinatown) and near Hawker.

Things we thought need to be improved: AC situation - its not that cold inside the room specially when you stay in each capsule, the ventilation should be improved. Also the "no shoes inside policy" - the staff could have informed the guests that they could bring and use their own slippers as long as it is not used from the outside.

overall I enjoyed my stay here. the hostel/ rooms are clean, showers are good, breakfast is simple but still a bonus, decent space for your bags. it’s pretty quiet but you’re still able to meet some people. the location was perfect being in Chinatown and a block away from the metro station (easy to get to from the airport). I wouldn’t say it’s cheap for a hostel but it seems to be the general price in Singapore. I would recommend and definitely stay again

the only negative thing about this hostel is that the beds weren’t the comfiest, my back was pretty sore in the morning.

The beds were really nice pod beds, spacious and have space on the side for some of your things, as well as a light which was great. The location was great, right in Chinatown, easy to get to many locations and Chinatown is a great area. And the AC worked really well.

I didn't find the bathrooms the cleanest. And the hostel really lacked atmosphere. Also the room doors are very loud, which was a bit of a bother with people going in and out always.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The dormitory was quite spacious and pods were also comfortable! Their staff was super helpful and remained available for any help, even at odd hours. The restrooms are on another floor but super clean and plenty in number so that's really the best part - no wait. And well, the MRT, 7eleven, McDonald's/Starbucks are all at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

The dormitory door, no matter how hard you try to quietly shut it, will close with a bang.

Right next to the Chinatown metro station, the location is not on a busy road but there are few pubs and cafés in Mosque Street but it did not bother although my room (called "Chinatown) was facing the street. You could walk to most tourist hotspots. The room (6-bed male dorm) was quite spacious, the pods are not big but high enough to sig comfortably and come with a curtain for privacu (not 100% sure you see those curtains on the pics though) and I really appreciated the security (everything is made with a unique code for main entrace, room door and locker). The aircon was very good and appreciated considering the usual heat in SG. Cleanliness : very clean even the facilities like toilet and showers. You see that they are cleaned several times a day to keep them clean). I have not tested the breakfast.

Actually nothing special. To be reaaaaaaally picky : the tabs where you tap the code make a noise each time you hit it but did not wake me up.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. It's in the little touches like the book exchange, the umbrellas you can borrow (and they were definitely needed on our trip), the hairdryers freely available etc. The location was great for the metro and chinatown. The free breakfast was simple but nice (coffee, toast, cereal). Really comfy beds with two pillows!

The only frustrating thing is the beeping that the doors and lockers make. I kept being woken up by people repeatedly trying to open the doors down the hall but getting the code wrong. It's a high pitched sound so it got annoying.
