Courtyard by Marriott is a new hotel, the rooms are very clean, and spacious, with big windows - a lot of natural light, a nice view. I would definitely check in again at Courtyard by Marriott while in Bucharest. Located in the financial heart of Bucharest this hotel makes a great stay for the ones traveling with business or for pleasure at the same time.

Let's say the receptionist was a little rude during the parking discussion and nervous at the same time suggesting that if we need the parking we shall decide and let her know immediately, also payment shall be effective just because on the next day she / her colleagues would have to work on multiple check-outs and that would leave poor time for the staff handling our requests as well.

Really confortable property for younger travellers. Close to good restaurants and Promenada shopping mall. Good parking facilities and clean, modern rooms.

The girls from reception are there for only one reason - to welcome guests and smile. I think its the only thing that got them hired :) From there onwards they are completely lost: the room cards were not working, both check in and check out went extremly slowly with a lot of problems and mistakes made, exiting the parking was also a complicated operation as they didn t know how to open the parking gate...

I recently stayed at Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca and I couldn't have been more impressed! I travel regularly to Bucharest and this was the first time to book at Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca Hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was nice and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also had the pleasure of launching at the hotel restaurant, which had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bucharest.

The hotel is new very clean and comfy rooms.

The staff from the restaurant has an inappropriate behavior, after 22 we were 3 pers at the bar and they started listening manele on their phone and smoking inside electronic cigar. Also they weren`t happy when we asked for another drink even there were 20 more minutes before bar closes. The food : I ate the worse burger in my life, maybe because it was at 21:40 and it was late but this is not an excuse. The bread was hard as stone. I would have expected a much better trained personal from this hotel.

Hotel is great; one of the best values for money in Bucharest and excellent location

The hotel is amazing but we had a very bad experience with an alarm that was activated from someone room and everyone was evacuated on the stairs ; my father has cancer in a very bad stage and can barely walk so for my family was huge trauma and panicked attack to take all the stairs and try to move him when everyone was running down; I have expect to be solve differently if it was not a real fire and just someone who smoked in the room; this alarm shouldn’t have make everyone go in the middle of the night outisde

The rooms are quite new and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable and the AC works properly without excessive noise. Big flatscreen TV with casting capabilities, all hotels should have this system in this day and age. Another plus is the mini mart at the ground floor to buy snacks at a fair price, at any time.

One minor issue with the sink cap being stuck in the closed position, which was rectified timely as soon as I called reception. Not a negative point by any means, these things happen and it was handled professionally.

The stay was great, rooms look better in person than in the pictures. extremely comfortable, and clean(daily housekeeping). Great amenities. The staff is always ready to help. My little room fridge wasn't working and the next day a technician showed up with a NEW fridge and installed it on the spot. As for the front office, they're all ready to help with everything, but if you can, try to talk to the senior desk guy, that guy gets stuff DONE, he doesn't mess around, I tip my hat to him. Just a general great stay. Bar was super nice too, great gin and tonic.

great location all you need is in a few minutes away on foot. Modern, nice and clean interior, quite new building. Staff is kind and professional, one more thing when you enter the hotel hall it smells very good. Breakfast is also good, quite big selection.

The bathroom. You need to close down the toilet to flush and on general the layout somehow is not so efficient. No place to hang the hand towels, there was no floor mat at all. Apart from that it’s my own thing but I hate the huge blankets and the really high bed. some accessories were missing also from the coffee tea corner such as coffee whitener and normal tea, there was only camomile tea. These are small things but make the difference between very good and exceptional, on general I was very satisfied and if ever coming back to Bucharest I’ll choose this hotel again !

nice location for our purpose, good breakfast and nice design

I was bothered by the fact that I ordered an espresso at the bar, the waitress - a woman- asked me for 16 lei, I gave her 20 lei, and instead of giving me the receipt and the change, she turned her back on me and continued talking to her colleagues. Message to management: Employees are making extra money without issuing receipts...

Nice location - as I was visiting a nearby business. My room on the 12th floor was quiet - with a view of the skyline in the distance. Very nice breakfast, and the dinner in the evening was also a pleasure.

All was fine, really! The only issue would be that the city could have invested more in tidying up the footpath, pedestrian crossings and the general traffic jam in this busy business area.
