We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help with any request. A special shout-out to the barman, who truly made our evenings memorable with his exceptional service and great recommendations. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the warm and attentive care throughout our stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a warm, elegant design that made it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were amazing – the pool was gorgeous, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the food was out of this world. Every meal was a delight! The location was ideal – close to everything but still peaceful and serene. It was the perfect getaway, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Clean rooms, very comfy bed and sheets. The location is superb, right in the business center of Bucharest, next to a shopping Mall. Friendly personnel and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Ordered some room service from the restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was a letdown honestly, very little to choose from. I tried some bitter/stale eggplant spread, and some rancid meat products, frozen dough patisserie, and it seemed like everything is frozen or comes from a can, nothing properly cooked, beside some eggs. After the first day, we stopped going to breakfast. So I wouldn’t recommend adding it to you stay.

Super new, clean and well located. Love the small market downstairs (can buy snacks and drinks, including wine 24/7). Nice outside sitting / smoking areas. Elevators were fast and we got a room on a high floor with a great view (did not make a special request). Room was beautiful and very spacious. No mini bar, but free water and the market makes up for it. Staff was super kind and professional - helped with our bags and very helpful altogether.

Bathroom could be better isolated from bedroom / needs more privacy. The door doesn’t close / lock properly and you can pretty much see through the frosted glass which separates it from the bedroom. Would also like more storage space for toiletries in bathroom - barely any. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but very high quality (I prefer softer mattresses so might be biased). Minibar would be nice.

Courtyard by Marriott is a new hotel, the rooms are very clean, and spacious, with big windows - a lot of natural light, a nice view. I would definitely check in again at Courtyard by Marriott while in Bucharest. Located in the financial heart of Bucharest this hotel makes a great stay for the ones traveling with business or for pleasure at the same time.

Let's say the receptionist was a little rude during the parking discussion and nervous at the same time suggesting that if we need the parking we shall decide and let her know immediately, also payment shall be effective just because on the next day she / her colleagues would have to work on multiple check-outs and that would leave poor time for the staff handling our requests as well.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was quiet and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was flawless, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the room. Everything was very clean. The daily complimentary water was very much appreciated. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The design of the hotel is pretty nice - I like a hotel with personality. The breakfast was very diverse, always fresh and delicious, especially the fruit.

The constant sound of the ventilation system - that was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca and I couldn't have been more impressed! I travel regularly to Bucharest and this was the first time to book at Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca Hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was nice and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also had the pleasure of launching at the hotel restaurant, which had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bucharest.

Really confortable property for younger travellers. Close to good restaurants and Promenada shopping mall. Good parking facilities and clean, modern rooms.

The girls from reception are there for only one reason - to welcome guests and smile. I think its the only thing that got them hired :) From there onwards they are completely lost: the room cards were not working, both check in and check out went extremly slowly with a lot of problems and mistakes made, exiting the parking was also a complicated operation as they didn t know how to open the parking gate...

The hotel is new very clean and comfy rooms.

The staff from the restaurant has an inappropriate behavior, after 22 we were 3 pers at the bar and they started listening manele on their phone and smoking inside electronic cigar. Also they weren`t happy when we asked for another drink even there were 20 more minutes before bar closes. The food : I ate the worse burger in my life, maybe because it was at 21:40 and it was late but this is not an excuse. The bread was hard as stone. I would have expected a much better trained personal from this hotel.
