Everything as it should be. Checked in by the highly capable, friendly and professional Trainee named Andra. Breakfast could have some more vegetarian friendly options but it still was alright. Impeccably clean facility. Thank you.

Clean, elegant, enough room space, wonderful view, very comfortable. The terrace was wonderful and we listened to the birds singing, we felt we were in a forest. And we befriended 2 lovely pigeons. Such a great pleasure to be surrounded by nature and birds!

The smell in the room (it smelled like dust or plastic, I don’t know) was a very unpleasant smell; we had to let the windows open all the time.

1: parking is expensive, far away, and hard to reach, especially if you have luggage 2: even if you are an old Ramada customer, it blocks a guarantee of 200 lei on your credit card, the amount that is unlocked many days after check out

Excellent location for the business stay, a cosy room and very quiet location . The restaurant services and the menu are fantastic. Friendly staff, ready to help.

The Reception desk is very busy, with noticeable waiting time for service request. It is possibly inquired a second receptionist to attend the demands. The bellboy, for auxiliary requests, such as taxi services etc, is missing. Moreover, there is no short access to the nearby parking lots, requiring a bit of walk with the luggages, very uncomfortable when it rains.

The hotel location is great. Wi-fi is working great. The hotel staff is also amazing, especially at the front desk. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

I cannot say that some things I didn't like, but here are some tips for future improvement: I booked a king-size bed and paid extra for it, and I got two connected mattresses bed. After one night, the hotel made my paid wish finally and I got a nice room with a real king-size bed, so all was good in the end. Rooms (both I got) don't have enough plugs for electricity so it's a real challenge if you need to charge a phone, tablet, and notebook. One afternoon, I was trying to get room service to order lunch, but without success. The front desk told me that only one colleague was working and it was hard to get them so I didn't spend more money and I wanted :) This is not a big deal, but needs some improvements definitely.

The staff in the bar was very professonal and extermely helpful and friendly. The gym is small but well equipped.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The selection at breakfast is good, but could be expanded.

I'm a returning customer for more than 7 years in row, usually I visit Ramada Hotel 2-3 times a year in business, sometimes even more often. I was always satisfied with rooms, food and service. This is true 4 start hotels which I can recommend. I wouldn't call this hotel as family hotel, but they always welcome kids and will offer baby cribs as much as you need and don't get extra charge from you. I traveled and stayed many times with my family, we have 2 kids (great park 10 minutes walk)

I didn't explore much the hotel, as I spent my time mostly in my room, but the breakfast was perfect! At only 15-20 minutes walk from the Romaero and the SAGA Festival, the location was perfect too.

It was hard for me to use the shower without flooding the bathroom . The YouTube app on the TV wasn't available, which was pretty disappointing, but not really a big problem.

The restaurant staff were very helpful and polite.

The lady from the reception, very unfriendly. I don't know her name, I can say the never smiling one...
