Hotel located near Timisoara, with large free parking and well equipped spa, including one outdoor and one indoor swimming pool. Large room, cozy bed. Shower cabin, separated from toilet, was larger than usual - four persons could take a shower in the same time. However, the sink was inside the room. Breakfast room was furbished with Baroque wannabe chairs and tables, although the breakfast selection was quite OK. Overall, a decent accommodation for a short stay, especially for those who arrive in Timisoara by car and need to stay close to highway.

It's a roadside hotel, far from Timisoara center (about 7-10 minute by car).

Spa is nice, however, it was not possible to schedule the massage. Also, have in mind that you need swimming cap to enter the pool and there's no way you can buy one at the spa...

We booked double bed room with a pool view (opposite of the road). They gave us twin bed room on the road side. When we complained, they offered so called "superior room" (a little bit bigger than regular) on the pool side, but with a view at metal facade of auxiliary building and it's entrance used by the stuff. We took than one, but it was a disappointment. Also, stairs connecting spa and rooms are incredibly slippery, I almost fell.

Will be good if it was a maximum limit amount of people in the complex. And have a organising system for the sauna and jacuzzi . some people were just staying to much and some none.

In the early morning you could use the inside pool for doing the exercise. Choosing an upgraded room was the perfect choice, room had generous space and appreciated the ventilation/ AC system.

Pool it contains a lot of Chlorine, It is required new investments/refurbish as you can see the rusty cables splitting the lanes and crumbling walls, as well for the showers it is needed a refresh. Breakfast it is having few varieties and very low quality of the products, some improvements should be made here.

We loved it! The room was very spacious and with everything you might need. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained and the room was perfectly cleaned. Our cleaner was so polite and kind. He cleaned our room and changed our towels daily, even our bathrobes. Breakfast is excellent. Spa is very well organized, free for guests. Indoor pool is very big, with warm water. Massage was great (at additional cost, of course). We loved that the check-out is at 12.00 so we could use the morning for swimming and spa. Thank you for everything!

Our second stay at Hotel Spa Ice Resort and we loved it again. We especially appreciated the spacious balcony with a view to the garden, and the big bathroom with a bathtub. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the spa is absolutely perfect for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Gym, different types of saunas, salt room, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, delicious and fresh breakfast, all available and included in the price of the room. They make amazing fresh beverages, great ice cream and delicious restaurant food for decent prices. Overall a great experience.

1. The AC system in the room we got this time was the old type, and we had to wait 4-5h until the room actually cooled down - even though it was a 4* superior double room. For the first 5h of our stay, it was cooler on the hallway than in our room. At our previous stay, we had another room at floor 1, and the AC was new. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay, as it didn't stand to the standards of our first stay. 2. Some of the gym equipment wasn't functioning properly.

Facilities, materials in hotel, room, hallway, spa, everywhere! Room was spacious, with big screen TV and temperature just as you wish. Check-in and check-out very easy and very fast. Receptionists do talk English, which is not usual in the city. Breakfast was made with quality food, just enough of different choices. SPA is great, water clean, and it is free of charge. Parking was free, with always available places in front of hotel.

If we just look for something that wasn't perfect, then it's the case that all signs, information's, warnings in hotel are only in Romanian language. And they do have international guests (as we were), so this is really strange that someone could not print (not write) in at least English language, next to Romanian language, so we all know what it is.

Access to spa Good breakfast

I booked a massage session. It was awful. The lady was keep talking to me about her personal life which I found so unprofessional. She was also on the phone to someone during my massage session and she left me in the middle of the massage session because she had to go put the sauna room on! ? Surely a massage session should be relaxing and not having to listen to someone’s life story.

We loved everything about the breakfast - food, restaurant, cleaning, luxury. Also loved it was intimate this hotel. I liked the pool and the spa zone.

We didn't like that the head shower was pretty dirty and that it was kinda hard to close the door from our room. We didn't like that the pool and spa rules were not written very clear and at a very visible spot so everyone can see before experiencing these facilities. I didn't like that at the booking was written there is no car parking, even if it was.

Timişoara is an amazing city and this hotel it's a good option for you to stay, just keep in mind it's located in between the main city and the airport, therefore you will required either car or taxi to move around. The hotel itself its well look after and the staff was fantastic, it's ideal for families with kids with lots of options to enjoy in the spa area and also with plenty of options in the menu. When making your booking, make sure you choose a non budget room if you wish to have a balcony, otherwise your room will be located in the ground floor on the way to the spa, which could involve a bit of noise from the spa users but just during the day, overnight was very quiet, the room size and comfort of the bed will do. Amazing staff members, Romanians can come across as shy but still, very helpful and with a good language skills not only in English but also in Spanish (some of them). I am definitely coming back no only to the city, but to the hotel as this area is quite near to other areas in Romania that you might want to explore.

I wish my budget had been higher to have the opportunity to change my room for one with less noise. But as mentioned above, it's a "daytime" thing and still the room itself is well equipped, clean and tidy.
