All the staff was extra nice, they really make you feel welcomed, breakfast is amazing, flawless serving! All areas are super clean, they offer towels in all areas (pool, spa), spa was real! (Not a joke like I’ve seen at many other 5 start hotels) It had a great hot jacuzzi, sensorial showers, hot beds in the relaxation room, one dry and one wet sauna, hydration station and of course massage. The toiletries in the room were niche, cleaning team was awesome and the room was super elegant and with smart systems for the curtains, lights and A/C. There was a wedding in one of the nights we stayed there, and we heard NOTHING, it was super quiet and we could rest properly

friendly and professional staff; location was really close to airport, an short Uber journey to anywhere; very good standard of bed - size, bedding material, bathroom and toiletry; Smart Control room lights and temperature; very quite for a good night sleep; breakfast is excellent with hot and cold dishes, fresh juice and tasteful local eggs; spa is excellent, facial treatments is top notch; above all, Catalin and team was so friendly and efficient in resolving minor issues, and went over and beyond to make our stay memorable; that restaurant recommendations ( Casa Bunicie for Romanian food) was spot on for the real foodies; overall cant praise enough from a frequent traveller!

not much, a small luxury resort type of hotel

The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and asking if we were enjoying our stay. We were even greeted with a glass of prosecco which definitely helped set the vacation mood. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable throughout, from the fluffy rug to the soft beds. All rooms have a smart system that you use for lighting, window blackouts, etc. We also had comfy bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom was well-equipped as well, with a large walk-in shower and luxurious toiletries. The spa area is only decent, being equipped with a steam shower, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. There's also a relaxation room available but there are only 2 warmed beds inside. On the same floor, there is also a gym that has everything you'd need for your workouts (exercise bike, treadmill, free weights, etc.). The on-site restaurant dishes were spectacular except for the cheesecake, which was served half-frozen.

Disappointingly, the TV in our room wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't really use it for anything else than watching basic cable. The spa isn't large enough to fit more than a handful of people at the same time, which might be an issue for larger groups. The cheesecake was frozen in the middle. Seemed store-bought but it was definitely a bad taste to an awesome experience. The potential wine pairing is non-existent as our waiters didn't know to suggest anything else other than generic red/white wine. No specific wineries, no specific bottles, nothing.

personnel is very friendly and the hotel has a very quiet, relaxing vibe. the spa has everything, and it is great for mending tired feet after a night of dancing. the jacuzzi and the massage gets your feet healed, and the dry sauna gets what is left of the last night’s alcohol out 😅😅 it was a very pleasant stay, all in all. we had the superior king room, and stayed for 3 nights, as we had an event. I advise to spend 1 extra day for the spa, in case you come there for an event. it really makes a difference.

It was a great experience. This is indeed the most beautiful hotel in Timisoara. You really get what you see in the pictures and reviews. The staff is adorable. The rooms are sparkling clean and equipped with Smart home system. Excellent location and food, very comfortable bed, amazing spa and quiet surroundings. The perfect location to relax. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for the above mentioned. Thank you for having us!

The staff are very very polite and supportive they are incredibly nice everyone stood up when ever we go to the lobby plus the room is very comfortable and big the layout of the resort is extremely beautiful and touching

Nothing at all everything was more than perfect

The list of likings is very long and would just be a repeat of what most of the people have already described. I still feel I must give a shoutout to all the friendly and helpful staff, who’ll surely put you in a better mood while quickly and quietly solve any requests you throw at them. And then there’s the food at the hotel’s own restaurant! In my 5 nights stay I can say I sampled most items from their menu and been wowed every time. Dining here could easily be the purpose of your visit! But then there’s the SPA, the jacuzzi, and sunbathing by the crystal clear pool… This is not a hotel, this is a luxury resort!

Location is a source of mixed feelings: on one hand it’s remote and quiet for your enjoyment, on the other hand, it means needing a car for anything else (taking a stroll after dinner involves going through a fence to walk in a dusty neighborhood). Also, I can see how the breakfast might seem underwhelming compared to other places, but I found it sufficient and practical (get it early).

Maybe I’m just poor, but in my life I’ve never heard so much “yessir”s and “Notaproblemsir”s during 16 hour period. Seriously, professionalism of staff is beyond measure, I think that they would happily chew their arm off if I asked for that. Shot at 2:30 am? With pleasure, sir. Need to charge your scooters? Here’s 65 ways I can help you, sir. Also the staff has the ability to be invisible until you need them, in which case you don’t need to say anything and they take about 1 sec to spawn right beside you with with smile, ready to fulfill any and all your wishes. The only downside was the bed, which is so comfy that it’s hard to get out it…

Facilities, engaging and friendly staff, restaurant staff are service oriented, ensuring your needs are met. Breakfast choices are fine, and satisfying. The staff take care of your every need and make you feel special

The hotel, staff, and amenities are all excellent. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, seated by the pool on a warm evening. The breakfasts were very nice, offering many choices. Parking is plentiful and convenient.

I didn't realize, as I was booking, that this hotel isn't in/close to Old Town, where I usually prefer to stay. But that's my fault.
