the hotel was amazing and the people the staff there I forgot there name my bad ☹️ was really amazed starting from reception every one was super amazing 🤩 I really recommend everyone to go and check it out.ohhh and one more thing go and check there Italian restaurant it’s superb🥰🥰🥰🥰😋😋😋😋😋

I recommend everyone before you book the hotel check the price breakdown because the price that is boldly written there don’t include the tax and so on so you might be surprised so check it out in order to avoid confusion!!for example me I booked it for two days stay 444 USD or something like that and while I was going through it I see the breakdown and the overall price including tax was 533USD I didn’t cancel my booking because I love the hotel and there services but I see some peoples getting in to disagreement with the employees because of the tax so check it out and enjoy your stay 🤩

Staff were nice, attentive and serving. Room and general facility were very clean and safe.

Buffet food contained leftovers from prior meals. For example, Sunday brunch food was found in Sunday dinner and it was dry and stale. Omelettes orders were strange, as the staff took my order yet I waited 20 minutes and ended up with the wrong order. I saw a rat run down a pipe in the kitchen on Sunday evening and I informed the staff member, he just giggled and didn’t relay the message. When my room was serviced, I noticed that supplies were not replenished, examples; water, coffee, washcloths and shower gel

Breakfast was great because there was enough choices of food.The coffee was very good and the service was excellent.Aisha served us on one of the days and she was very good and helpful.Sebomana was very helpful too he has another name but we prefer to call him Sebomana.Aisha helped us with our photos by taking our picture.She helped us discover other areas of your hotel premises that we did not know,please thank her for the help she gave us.At the front desk Aisha was excellent,very helpful thank you for employing a great woman that does her job well with lots of smile.

The large balcony did not have lights in the night,I actually fell the first night there but I am ok.

The hotel was extremely modern and new. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. We hosted a seminar one day for 100 people and it was executed flawlessly (Special thanks to Cynthia and Joselyne for their cooperation, organisation and support!) The stay really elevated our time in Kigali. I would like to once again highlight the extreme friendliness of the staff.

The lunch buffet was extremely overpriced! Food and drinks at the Marriot really do not make much sense especially the lunch and dinner buffet compared to the variety of food available.

As comments are for improvement, I will be honest. The staff very pleasant and helpful. The comfort of the room is excellent, bed, madrass and pillow. The cleaness and decoration of the room very good. Quality material in the rooms. Except bath towels, medium quality Good meals and room service. Nice and quality wash and beauty. products in the bath room.

When booking one look on the price. In case of marriott, taxes not included is written in small cases well down in the form. I have been using booking. Com as a customer and as a host and it cames as a surprise to pay almost 60 something dollars as extra on the price shown on booking. Com. It is better to show the price and include taxes and service cost. First time, I have to scroll to see a mention not included in the price. Please this looks like tricking people. The quality of towels does not match the quality of bed sheets, pillows and duvet and other items in the rooms. Noise in the corridors by cleaning staff. There should be at least 2 chairs in the rooms. We were two adults and one has to sit on bed to eat.

The hotel was beautiful, rooms were adequately spacious, staff were friendly and the hotel has a variety of facilities.

There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. However, I feel that the meals could have tasted better. While the hotel is generally clean, the bathrooms need additional attention as the crevices were growing mould.

The only issue we faced was that the servers working in the Iriba Bar & Terrace were a little shady, they were adding items we didn't order on the bill, and also not mentioning some items on the bill but asking us to pay them without providing the recipe, which doesn't seem good for the hotel. We stayed there for 10 nights, we almost spent every evening at the Bar, sadly we realized such activities were done after a few days. Everything else was perfect, we loved the location, the cleanliness and the other stuff members. Just check your bills before paying for anything.

Electronic and telephone communication between USA and hotel was terrible! I was never able to have direct contact with hotel and finally had to go through booking.com Then booking didn't communicate with hotel Terrible experience with both booking.com and hotel

Staff at the Kigali Marriot were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was well appointed, well organized and clean. Breakfast included a good range of options and a pleasant setting with many different options for seating. The spa and massage services are highly recommended.
