I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Dining options were diverse and of high quality, and the modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-equipped gym, added to the overall comfort. Considering the service, comfort, and location, Sunset Hotel offered great value for money, and I would highly recommend it.

It was a very nice experience for me and my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Ample space to move around. The food during breakfast was okay. Good variety of choices they provided. But I think 70sar for breakfast is expensive. Otherwise service and the room itself was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

During the checkin, I didn’t liked the attitude of the recpetionist. He was fast. Yes. But he was a little bit aggressive asking for my name my reservation my card and ID which could be done in a calmer way and welcoming way. Anyway the next day when I checked out he was the same receptionist but he was okay by then. Probably he had a long day during the checkin.

There were plenty of facilities to use such as a fitness/gym, swimming pool, relaxing spaces, cafes/restaurants. The junior suite was extremely spacious and very conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel so I didn’t have to walk too much from the entrance. The room was well stocked and clean. The hotel staff especially the front of house staff always went above and beyond and were extremely friendly.

I wish the menu along with the prices for the in-house restaurants/cafe were easily accessible. Nevertheless, this was not a major issue and I didn’t have any other problems with the hotel.

I had a really good time in the hotel, its location, its cleanliness, its room spaces; Everything was just PERFECT; I even called the hotel to arrange for an anniversary package for me, and they were really helpful, and did the room and everything really AMAZING; I highly recommend it 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Nothing to complain about ; I mean even there's some wedding halls in the hotel but didn't hear any noise from there although there were some wedding celebrations during our stay.

Overall confortable and clean. Personnel are all helpful.

I was on the 2nd floor, and there was too loud music from a party in the restauramt at ground level. You can't really sleep until the music is turned off. Chairs in the restaurant are old, and one cracked as soon as we used it. They need some maintenance or replacement. Mini fridge in the room is empty (minibar has to be ordered), and it does not refregirate anything you put in it.

The female receptionist, who was working 6pm to 6am, was very nice and friendly, easy to talk to. Understood any queries that I had. The hotel room service staff were very good, friendly and knowledgeable.

The male front desk staff was not very welcoming at all or he didn’t like his job. His facial expressions were not what you would expect from a front desk customer services officer.

Staff were excellent. They helpd with all. Rooms were big and very clean. Cleaning staff did they job fantastic. Breakfast was ok.

Uber driver tryed steal money from us. He wonted 200 Eur for driving us from airport to our hotel. Hotel staff helpd us with that and at the end we did not pay that amount. That have not connection with hotel, but be careful with uber driver.

Rooms are like suites. Spacious and new. Staff friendly. There is an extra lock on the door which i appreciate as a solo female traveller. Also there was a separate gym for ladies. I really had a good stay and its great value for money. Their coffeeshop serves proper barista quality coffee. Not the terrible kind.

On my first day there were hairs on the toilet seat, that was the only negative experience during my stay. I was unlucky. But it did make me feel very uncomfortable. But mistakes can happen

Wonderful hotel, very well located between the old town and the new Jeddah, close to shops and amenities. The Junior Suite I took had a comfortable living room as well as bedroom and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of storage space, and also had a gym and spa for ladies only. Staff are super kind and will help you as much as they possibly can. Lovely hotel. Felt totally safe, welcome and looked after
