The hotel is amazing and has all the mod cons one would need, it has a small kitchenette and large fridge, beds are comfortable the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels are provided daily along with what ever you need such as shower gels, shampoo, tea coffee, toilet rolls and boxes of tissues. Some hotels don’t provide this on a daily basis but this hotel does and it makes a massive difference and also they give you free three bottles of water daily or more on request.

The only thing was window which was not completely closed some maintenance issue. And bathroom shower area drainage was taking long.

the most of the things about this hotel was great compared to the value.the location, cleaning, other facilities, etc was upto mark alhamdullilah. most importantly at this price, this kind hotel with this location is very promising.

after 2 day, our AC was not working, when i informed the mechanic came promptly and repaired it. but he could not check it after repair as we stay most of the time in haram. so the ac was not cooling enough. we also did not complain more as we just in very rush time to go and come back from haram alhamdullilah.

10/10 for the staff. The staff was very professional, friendly, polite and willing to help. I wish the staff spoke English but it was not a big issue, every time I asked for help they would help one way or another. I asked the guy at the reception for guidance about traveling to a certain location. We couldn't communicate properly because of the language barrier but he turned on his smartphone and translated the text from Arabic into English for me to understand and he was on a break, but still willing to help. The room was clean and had everything you need in a hotel.

As soon as turned on the shower the bathroom flooded, turns out I didn't remove the lids from the drain :) I don't need many things to be happy living at a place but I have 2 small issues. 1. The internet would disconnect often and not work for a minute or two. 2. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was too much, every time I turned on the faucet the water splashed on my clothes. I learned to be careful soon.

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from Al Haram, and at such an affordable price, it’s more than good. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They allowed me to check in early and even checked out later than scheduled, which I really appreciated. Their flexibility made my stay even better. I will definitely recommend it and return in the future.

However, the WiFi was very weak, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.

Assalamualaikum alhamdullah very excellent hotel. Normally takes 7mints but for crowds Just 10/15 mints walk to masjidul haram. Kids friendly. With kitchen, excellent carpet lots of lift facilities lots of shops food stall also near mosque. Have own prayer space coffee shop inside. All staff so friendly smiley helpful. Always try to understand the situation and try to do their best alhamdulillah. May Allah accept all our good deeds and forgive us. Ameen jajakumullah

Located in a vibrant location, with many options for dinning at any time of the day. At a short walk of around 12 mins from Haram, making it feasible to walk for each prayer to the Haram. The staff is very friendly, especially Emad, always willing to help.

The only minor downside is somewhat the road noise for the rooms facing the main road. For that too, we were informed in advance and we took the option due to the no. of beds required for our family. I liked the transparency.

The hotel was just 10 minutes walk from al haram. And just across the street from restaurants, grocery store, taxi and souvenir shops. As for the room, it was tidy. There's a kettle and a fridge. Very nice shower with amenities ( soap shampoo shaving kit and even a lufa), slippers, clean towels, hot water and AC So many elevators , cafeteria and restaurant. For the price it was amazing. I definitely recommend it

Not much, just the pillow was a little bit high and hard. And the plugs were behind the bed so it was difficult to plug the phone. All rest was good

The staff at reception spoke English and especially Basel who helped me print my train ticket. Other staff namely Saiful was very helpful. The room was comfortable and the location was about 10 - 12 minutes walk to Al Haram which was good.

The bathroom smells but I used the drain cover to cover the water drain and was fine. The shower is a bit small and shower curtains stick to your body when showering. You have to tell them to clean your room.
