Please when you are mentioning double bed that means you should provide double bed not joining two single beds and make it double. Because their dimensions are very short as compare to double bed.

Excellent staff behaviour. The lady at reception Arwa was very helpful in quick checkin, and i was in ihram waiting to perform umrah. The housekeeping staff Rasel and the burmese boy also great. The housekeeping supervisor Umar was so helpful he arranged a quick cleaning and a hand shower repair at 10.30pm, and with a smiling face !! At check out, The bell boy carried the trolley across the road to get to my taxi, so helpful and polite. All necessary shops within 1 min walk around the hotel - grocery, laundry for washing ihram clothes at 10 SAR, fast food, pharmacy and pakistani hotel for great Biryani at 20 SAR. Great stay if you are ready to walk 15 min to reach masjid ul haram

The width of the beds can improve.

The lady on the reception, we asked for sugar and told us no sugar for us and according to our room ,we aren't entitled for sugar,next time tell us the rooms that get sugar and also told us no room service really that lady was so arrogant .

The location was very good and near Haram All of them are very friendly peoples especially the cleaning supervisor was a very Good Man Mr Mahaboob I will come again and again cuz of Mr Mahaboob 🫰🙏👍🤲❤️

Location is not so far from Haram. It requires you to 8 min to reach Hadood e Haram and then its more walk till Mataf. Staff is amazing and very helpful. If you have any problem, you tell them immediately they will fix it. I would like to mention Ms. Arwa at the reception who helped me personally to find my luggage. Later on, when i got it, it was broken. Mr. Ahmad, at the reception, sent someone to fix my luggage for free of cost. Usually, hotels don't do that. But at Yasmin al Majd, staff take their guests like a family member. And Mr. Tufail, who was coming for cleaning the room, a considerate young boy who was always asking if i needed something. And whatever room supplies i needed, he was giving me an abundance

Location was perfect on the main road, 10 min to masjid. The cleanseliness was perfect throughout regularly done on daily basis. Staff is nice and friendly specially boy named Tufayel Ahmed was very nice and helpful

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant, I would recommend a few minor improvements. Firstly, enhancing the Wi-Fi connectivity to ensure a more stable and faster internet connection would be appreciated. Secondly, adding more electrical outlets near bedside tables for charging devices would be convenient.

Room was really nice and clean. Supervisor mahboob and his team was really helpful and friendly.

Quiet and very nice.

The location is superb. Direct 7-10 minutes straight walk to masjid Al haram. The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful

The room felt cramped and not well ventilated, with an awful smell, most probably from the rugs

I went there to perform Umrah and the place is very close to Masjid Al Haram. Thus, it was very easy for me to go and come to Masjid Al Haram, since it takes about 12 minutes to go to Masjid Al Haram. The place is on a wide road so that it is very easy to walk and around the hotel there are lots of shops and food courts.

Most of the services that they provide are good but I have noticed that the place is old and needs to be repaired, especially room curtains. When I was there it seemed that the hotel was fully occupied. But sometimes there were no receptionists to service the customers.
