It’s closer to Haram The place is neat and the staff friendly

It’s on a hill and a little difficult when returning from Haram

Room and location room was quite spacious and location was excellent for haram. However, rooms lacked USB charging points. The room overlooked one of the outer courtyards of the Haram and hotel's masjid was within the haram. So we prayed one of the Salah's in haram while being in the hotel.

It would be better if rooms had USB charging points. I forgot my small bag in the hotel masjid during fajar and went back to pick it after 3-4 hours but it was gone. I expected hotel 'lost and found' to be a little more helpful than just replying that if they receive anything they will inform me (for example, they could have looked at the cameras). however, to be honest i dod not press them either as it did not have any valuables.

Room was a good size. Had a view of the Haram. Bathroom and bedding were clean. Room lighting was good. Great variety of food for breakfast. Staff were pleasing. Generally a comfortable stay.

I could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. Carpet wasn't that clean and the footstool had tea or coffee stains on it.

The hotel was very clean and the room size was ok. Breakfast contained a good spread. The location is great as close to Masjid Al Haram. Kids enjoyed the stay which is always a positive.

We had a 4 bed room with Haram view and this changed quickly to another room. Which I was disapointed with as it had a partial Haram view. Took absolutely ages to check in and this was at 2am in the morning.

The hotel rooms are new. Breakfast was great Service was good, especially the house keeping “Farouk” With smily face every day.

The location requires you to spare 10 min walk to enter from the main doors

Good value and location.

The Wi-Fi is appalling. Keeps lagging and having to reconnect. They need to sort this out. Also we rang the reception for a doctor as my child was poorly, they didn’t assist in way, which is a shame considering they host so many guest. This can’t be right.

I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Sami Al-Harbi, and his hospitality truly made my experience memorable. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated and contributed to making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. It’s a long walk still. Till other ramps open up for Haram.

It's still within walking distance from Masjidil Haram and slightly cheaper to compare with the neighboring hotels. Only that, you need to climb a hill a little to reach the hotel and for some people with disabilities and elderly is quite a challenge. I love the room very much, you get partial view of the mosque but it is very comfortable and quiet for us to have a good rest after umrah. Breakfast spread was very good too. The service was very fast during our stay even though there were too many people in the restaurant. On arrival, as it was quite late and we have to go to the mosque, we ordered room service and the food was SUPERB! Mandi was delicious and the breads also arrived still warm and big portion is enough for the 3 of us. And I also LOVE the marble bench in the shower. I've travelled quite a bit but this is the 1st hotel I stayed that has a seat in the shower. Very much needed after having walked a lot during the umrah (so you can rest your feet during shower).

Not the hotel, but walking back to the hotel and having to climb the hill (I don't blame the hotel, it's just me too tired to walk up the hill :) )

Room was spacious. 4 beds are sufficient for 2 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast is excellent. The check out time is 12 noon. I requested to extend my check-out till 2pm which they accepted. The ambience is very good.

It is located on Jabal Omar (slope) so you need to climb a bit to get there which may be difficult for old people and very young kids.
