The hospitality and service is amazing. I arrived at the hotel at 5 am and was then immediately provided a room, with no additional fee. The promptness and attentive of Omar made my stay even more special. In addition to that, the assistance of Raihan and other staff was greatly appreciated.

The location provided in booking.com is not correct.

Room is quite big & comfortable. It has all the required accessories that you will need including Fridge, Microwave, electric stove, ironing table, Iron box etc. Staff is very cooperative. The support staff specially Rahan is very helpful. They have comfortable underground parking. Location is good. Have multiple Pakistani & Arabic food available within 500 meters. Al-Baik also available within within 1.5 KM The best part is they provide washing and Ironing of 2 pieces of clothes daily as complementary. That was a big PLUS for me.

Breakfast is standard and very minimal. Wifi is very bad. You will have to depend on 5G in your mobile. You will have to ask them if you want to do the room or need the 2 daily complementary bottle of water. They do not do it or put water or toiletries daily as default.

Got a room with a separate kitchen which is quite big & comfortable. Had fridge, microwave, stove for basic cooking, etc. It was comfortable, and cozy. Hotel has underground parking which is a bonus. Clean place, nice ambiance, helpful staff, in a neat and clean area, near to restaurants (Al Baik) and arabic joints. TV has mostly Arabic channels. They attend to almost all your requirements quickly. I will stay there again in my next visit.

Breakfast option was limited (not a buffet) and they give it in a tray to your room or you can go down to the reception area, sit there and eat the same items. Wifi was not stable at all in Room 304 which I took We have to ask for water every day. They dont keep it in your room daily. We have to ask them to do the room every day if you want to. Its not by default

The room was tip top. Lighting was adequate when compared to other options in Riyadh of the same caliber.

The fact that I found a bedbug was disturbing. They resolved it on the spot, but still disturbing. When requesting to increase the stay period, they hiked up the price, started looking for other accommodations. The bathroom needs revisiting. The shower stall is tilted forward, but water would go all over the full bathroom. The handheld shower head wouldn't work

Location and staff were very good

The vacuuming of the room was not perfect i found food scraps on the carpet , the room was not well insulated i could hear noises from outside, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned

It was very difficult to find the hotel... Because the hotel didn't inform the building number. I got dropped by Taxi was 2 blocks away from the hotel..then I have to walk to the hotel.

Actually my rating is for Almuhaidb Residence Rafayea SA. There was confusion from my side as this place was the nearest to the place were wanted to meet people in Aljawhara Mall and as such we stayed in it.

Location is good. Hotel is new hence all facilities are in good condition. Microwave in the room is a pleasant facility indeed. Basement plenty of parking space is available.

Breakfast having very limited options and not getting replenished very frequently.

The location was good. Close to business area and still a bit cheaper comparatively.

Breakfast. It can be improved by a great deal. Similar hotels offer way good food at the breakfast.

I booked the hotel at short notice and they were very kind to provide me the best room they had . Specially Mr. Tariq was very hospitable and cooperative and made my stay great . I would recommend to all who want to live in a nice cozy hotel .
