Aside from the room that was clean my view in the window was absolutely great which you can have a free sight-seeing of King Faisalaliyah Tower and the King Fahad Plaza. I was able to observe the scenery from day and night time.

I craved for pizza and kebab that time and ordered it from the Hunger station online app. When the order arrived, the delivery boy stay outside the hotel and not allowed to deliver it in my room cause no bellboy available. I don't want to go down cause I'm alone in my room but I have no choice, so I go and get my order. But, the rest of my stay was good.

Great location, helpful staff, very good variety of breakfasts. Excellent conference service. The event for our partners was organized flawlessly.

I think, that I took the last available hotel room. It was a smoking room. I don't smoke. The room was old, not as beautiful as in the presentation of the hotel, the bathtub was leaking and the hair dryer didn't work

Air conditioner wasn’t working properly, clearly said I was a repeat customer I want a good room. This time I took 2 room as I had my parents with me, they gave one room beside the air cooler ventilation outside, we couldn’t sleep because of the sound, ac wasn’t working properly, in my parents room the bathroom was not good, there was continuously water dripping from the bidet. They lived 2 days without air conditioner at this hot temperature. Someone came and had a look but we kept on telling it’s not working. He was least bothered.

Breakfast was good, coffee machine was missing so left room for improvement. New machine appeared on last day. The owners seem to be going through a facelift and management change. Good location in Olaya to get anywhere within Riyadh. Been going here for years now.

The fitness room (gym) was looking tired, often no towels and drinking water available.

The hotel was very nice with a nice lobby, solid wifi, and a good room. The best part of the hotel was the lobby staff who were incredibly helpful. During my stay, I needed to sort out a PCR test to get home, which proved to be a massive struggle for me who can't speak Arabic. The lobby staff helped me by talking to different the clinics for me and helping me get my results back the day after. I would not have been able to sort out the PCR test without them. The hotel is also merely a 10-minute walk from a mall with a decent food court.

The room cards disconnected relatively often, though the staff renewed them quickly, so it wasn't really much of an issue.

the location was good. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. they provide two types of Pillow, soft and hard so everybody can choose what suits him best. the TV channels are Ok. The breakfast Buffet was fair.

the Furniture is a bit old, but nonetheless it was ok. the parking is small so most of the time i had to park outside. I had a room with a connecting door, so sound from the other room was not isolated.

I stayed only 1 day in this hotel. Reception staff are polite, fridenly. Breakfasts could be better (coffee, salats could be improved). Room was ok, even if i choose non-smooker room, I have felt still smoke smell in all room. Fasilities not new, could be improved.

The hotel wear very very clean the staff are so kind and helpful, i plan to back there just to pass another amazing stay, food is amazing breakfast is very good you should try it and report to quality price is excellent

Cleanliness is excellent. Cozy ambiance and quiet place to stay with family. Thanks to Mr. Mohd from the reception as he offered us an upgrade to Business King which is very comfortable and nice. We will definitely come back for the place and foods in this hotel.
