Staff was very rude. i was in Riyadh for a meeting which finished by 11:30 am... then it was Friday prayer time. came to the room at around 1:30 pm.. Staff called to vacate the room at 2:00 pm.. i made a gently request for an hour extra .. but the staff was very rude. my request went down to 30 mins.. just to take a shower and change.. but they declined.. Not even 15mins.. the rudeness was harsh. Hotel sends the security to vacate the room.. which was much more shamefull.. Such rude behaviour and attitude will not permit me to book or suggest your hotel to any friends.. I never intended to overstay.. but it was just a matter of politeness. and consideration. very dissatified with the staff behaviour (receptionist)

Unfortunately I was cheated by the reception. I was asked in the messages on booking to pay to the account, which I did, and then I was told to pay in cash at the reception that the transfer had not arrived. After sending an email the next day with payment confirmation, it was stated that the transfer had not arrived. I checked with the bank and the hotel received the payment. I asked several times for a refund of the overpaid amount, unfortunately the hotel does not respond and it did not come out that I had paid twice.

Overall, the hotel is nice, they upgraded our room to junior suite which was of very good size. The staff are polite and helpful. Location is 10 min with taxi/uber to some good malls, also close to Eltahlia St. which is nice for outings and dinner.

The hotel misses some of the key facilities, such as there are no meeting rooms, they couldn’t arrange for an airport pickup, the room AC is extremely loud, and breakfast is so basic, it should be enriched.

The room had a nice layout, was clean, nicely decorated, good amenities, staff were good, especially Riyad the porter who was super nice and helpful.

The breakfast, lacked selection and choice, and was very often the dishes were very low. Now as a chef of over 30 years in 5*+ hotels, I always made the breakfast as impressive as possible, as this would be the last meal, and obe of the last impressive my guest had, along with check out. But the breakfast was a big let down for me and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and kind with customers especially:- Areej / Fay ( I am not sure about names) from front desk , they were always polite and professional Haroon as well were very supportive and always there to help in all level Thank you for all stuff especially for those above Great location , I prefer downtown Olaya and very close to most of service such as restaurants, coffee shops and Faisalyia mall

Mr.Ameer was professional at all level but he needs to educate himself about customer,s right and trying not to insisting to be right all the time against customers Housekeeping needs to improve communication with front desk and how check out and what’s the best time to go for cleaning without disturbing guests

its close to the famous buildings of the city and within minutes walk to the Alfaisalyiah and almamlakah tours. Amir the manager and Achraf were friendly and helpful. the suite i was upgraded to was amazing with two balconies that overlooked the Faisaliyah tall building.

Great central location with easy access to the top Riyadh places. My room and bathroom were roomy, and very light and airy. Reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Would be great to have better coffee and milk in the room, those sachets aren't very nice. Also having the toiletries in those pump dispensers is really annoying. The product takes ages to come out so I bought my own from the local shop across the road.

Location is god for leisure as it's close to the main malls and places in the city. There is a mall at walking distance making easy to do any shopping or to get a varsity of restaurants by walk. For business not so good as the traffic in this part of the city is quite high adding extra minutes in every trip. Room very big and with all necessary. 2 air conditioners, one in the sitting room and another in the sleeping room. Helping to avoid to use the air-conditioning hitting your face the whole night.

As in many hotels in Saudi Arabia the shower is not totally close from the rest of the bathroom. This means that after the shower a big portion of the bathroom is getting wet and with water. The windows are not very well insulated pushing you to use always the air conditioning.

This place is so fancy and comfortable!! This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s also very centrally located. The hotel is on a main street, so it is very easy to hail a taxi within minutes. Staff is extremely kind and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. They let us check in early, store our bags after check-out, called the room to ask if we needed anything, and always made sure we had plenty of bottled water in the room. We got a free upgrade at check-in, so our room had additional facilities (two showers!). The mini fridge was really helpful for storing snacks. The air conditioning was perfect and we never felt too hot or cold. The corridors smell amazing all the time. Incredible value for the price, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!! It would be useful if the staff could help arrange tours or provide pamphlets on things to do in Riyadh/KSA.

Courteous staff, eager to please, spoke English. Bug rooms, with extra room to welcome visits. Mini fridge empty so you can have your stuff. Amazing cleaning services, food delivery to your door, on demand cleaning. Storage room for luggage and excellent location next to Al faisalia shopping centre and a beautiful park. Easy access for Uber services as it is located on a main road. Excellent value for money. Easy immediate booking through booking.com.

Pillows are not soft. After spending 3 weeks in the hotel you start to feel it. Located next to a mosque so be ready to wake up at 4am as the windows don't provide enough isolation, but I guess that's very common on most hotels in the city.
