I liked the hotel and the room very much with a good value, it is comfortable, decent, with a good room size and nice furniture. Also, the service is good. The staff are friendly👍 visiting again for sure.

The boiler actually was a shock I have never went to a hotel with a plastic boiler, and usually there is a couple of free espresso capsules, but here I hade to pay to use the espresso machine. It was not that bad but it drops the quality. And for the worst part was the bathtub I was really excited for it since it looked nice but the water coming from it was not that clean it may dependon the room idk. Over all a nice experience I will revisit for sure.

Recipetion welcoming smile, and interaction. Almost every thing, Barira is my first choice always, as long it is is near to the places I am travelling for.

The Parking arrangements, l know it is beyond their control, but it should be safer, by making a clear, wide enough exit route. However there are a lot of respected well known (FREE To AIR) TV programs, Barira is not giving me much liberty to choose what I found informing or interesting. Hope Barira considers that.

The room is very spacious, the bed is confortable. The breakfast is good. The staff is super nice. Their are great amenities in the bathroom. The gym is ok

The perfume in the lobby is super strong ! There is no mirror in the gym which is a bit weird. No vegan milk option at breakfast

the breakfast was empty place and the workers feels like did not want to work and while i was eating i just hear one of the workers inside the kitchen blowing their nose it made me feel that i want to stop eating

. The team was very hospitable. Food from room service was excellent. Asked for more water and was provided immediately. Internet connection fantastic. Ac, hot water, TV, all worked flawlessly.

Location was a little bit far from most interesting things. But, I selected the location and should have given it more thought.

For the first time I go to a place where the everything is exactly like the photos! The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. They provide you with all the essentials that you might need for travelling like towels, soap, etc.. and you can request more The room service was amazing and they were very accommodating to my requests! All the staff working in the reception were amazing and they communicated with me very well. When I had to extend my stay multiple times due to flight delays, they accommodated my request with no trouble! I value comfort and safety and that was exactly what I found in my stay To all the lovely staff keep up your wonderful work and thank you for making my stay so nice and comfortable! If I ever return to Riyadh I know where I will be staying!

I have nothing negative to say about my experience here in the hotel

The overall look of the hotel and the Rooms is very appealing. The Rooms and Bathroom are spacious and elegant. The staff is very friendly and is doing a great job. This place is definitely worth a stay and is one of the best Hotels I have been around Riyadh.

Good clean and well organised

I found food not available for a international traveller. It was more Arabic or gulf oriented food. So I had my challenges and had to eat outside. I feel the buffet should have an international outlook wrt customers

Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Breakfast is good but some items were dated.

No shower niche or caddy in room #904. This made it inconvenient when taking a shower. Location is far from everything. Carpet had stains and needs a good cleaning.
