Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a suitable stay near the city. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions in the area, and offers an array of amenities and comforts. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the breakfast selection was good.

The only issue I felt with the hotel was that the bathroom was quite small. The pool was only for men and children, but ladies were allowed to take advantage of it as well. To make everyone feel welcome, I suggest incorporating special ladies-only times to the pool's schedule. When I stayed there, the pool opened at 9:30 am and closed at 4:00 pm; this could be adjusted to provide ladies-only hours during the day. This would certainly make sure all guests feel welcome and enjoy the pool.

The hotel is comfortable, cosy, tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming at the front desk. We were also able to check out late, so it helped a lot with our flight schedule. The pool and sky view area is a nice addition as well as on-site gym. The room facilities are excellent.

One of the cleaning staff broke the weighing scale in the bathroom while cleaning and tried to put it on us, even though there was another member of staff (the friendly Nepalese staff member) who was also in the room cleaning and saw it was not us. Either way, the hotel staff at the reception were OK with everything once we explained the situation. 😁

Reasonable room, good breakfast, and very polite personnel. There's a nice coffee shop, and 24x7 food room delivery.

1. The wi-fi is far below expectations. In lobby area, wi-fi almost doesn't exist. In my room, wi-fi periodically disconnected (a few times a day, for 5-10 minutes), which makes it is very uncomfortable especially for work. 2. I needed to replace an iron and board (the ones in the room were worn out). I asked the personnel at the reception 3 (three!) times. They were so polite and every time promised to deliver me the new items. However, they have never brought them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any request. The place is very clean, and women are allowed to use the gym, which is a great plus. The location is excellent, providing easy access to any part of the city. The breakfast was delightful, made even better by the cheerful smiles of the staff serving it. I fully recommend staying at this hotel and will choose it every time I travel to Riyadh. Swift reaction of staff to m< comment regarding the below-average first room (large a/c units directly on the outside wall, making incredible noise). Next room was great. Also helped immediately when I thought I had forgotten my cap (which I later found) Nice roof top terrace though service can be improved (range of drinks/snacks).

First room is to be avoided (105). Size and comfort is ok, but the outside a/c units drive you nuts. Location is ok for business. For holidays I would go for something more central.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the reception desk. The business centre was good and equipped with the needed devices to finish off some work or to attend an online meeting.

The room features a glass wall overlooking the hotel facade and the main street. The curtains on the glass facade were disturbing during the day as the direction of sunlight directly hit the hotel facade. Honestly, we didn't speak to the hotel staff about it at the time, but based on my previous experience with this hotel and my stay in other rooms overlooking the facade, I did not encounter such an issue before.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to assist and welcoming. The Manager Mr. Hany and team was always around for breakfast greeting the guests and sharing a bit of his time inquiring about our comfort. The TV in my room was not working and immediately the staff replaced it with another.. That's service. The F&B manager, Chef and all the staff, a big thank you.

Had issues with the Wi-Fi but was later sorted. The u tube channel was not connecting.

Everything actually exceeded my expectations as i've assumed its going to be similar to "Grand Plaza Al Dhebab" , but this one really was MUCH better overall. Staff were really friendly and helpful , the rooms were bigger and more comfortable than i expected.

The Location was the only problem. Not that i hated the Location , but its in a bit of scuffle especially during rush hour which is pretty much starts at 1 PM - 6 PM , if you happen to wake up a bit late , you're pretty much getting stuck in traffic for a while

The carpet in the room was smelling bad and the crib mattress was old and in bad conditions The crib wasn't clean properly Our baby couldn't 👶 sleep there in the crib The water and hygienic paper wasn't replace and the same time when the clean the room, we should ask for it. We lost the baby food we bring with us because the refrigerator wasn't working properly
