I have went to a business trip to attend an Exhibition in Rijadh with my colleagues. We did not know what to expect, because we have never been in the Saudi Arabia. The warmth and respect from the hotel staff has exceeded all our expectations. The breakfast and the food was always plenty and freshly made, the waitresses are amazing and friendly. The concierge service is exceptional. Look out for Shahab, he is superb. He is very helpful and shared lots of useful local tips with us. The business lobby on the 8th floor is fantastic, they provide a pieceful place to work all day long with lovely finger food and beverages during the day. The pool and the gym is clean and tidy. The hotel rooms are freshly refurbished and spacious. The management of the hotel does really care about the customer experience and were very attentive to us. We do highly recommend this hotel and we will surely return!

The outdoor interior is a little bit tired, but I have heard, that the hotel is planning a refurbishment to update it as well. So this place will be exceptional in every detail.

It’s a little far from the main Riyadh attractions but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I also got an Uber from the airport to the wrong hotel, so make sure to select the correct hotel on Uber or Google Maps.

Their USP is definitely their staff. Super friendly and helpful. Shabab the concierge was very kind - so was the tall receptionist in traditional clothing and also the others we had contact with. The beds were fantastic and two pillows to choose from. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh juices. Supermarket Panda and two fast food restaurants just in front. So is one of the rare bus stations which actually operates. Nice lobby. Bathroom had brand new mountings and the best water pressure and toilet flush we have seen so far. Complimentary water every day - though it’s from Nestle.

- We were overcharged heavily on our first night (350€ / 1.400SAR for a standard king) Regular price is 125€ but that night the city was lacking vacant rooms. They said the price was made by booking. Booking said they had no influence. Not sure what was true ;-) Glad we got a complimentary breakfast for staying in a smoking room (which didn’t smell) instead of a non-smoking room. - The pool is more decoration and had seen better times. - Missed a roof top for the view.

rooms were very comfortable, wifi was excellent quality and available for free everywhere in the hotel. staff were very friendly and approachable. restaurant was limited if you want western food, but there was enough for everyone

the club lounge is not monitored very well and not really worth the extra money. There always seemed to be something missing (knives/forks/food etc). There was never any milk for Tea and NO soft drinks. if you like black Tea or various Coffee's you are in luck, but as for soft drinks like Pepsi, 7UP etc, there is absolutley nothing there. biggest complaint was that the club lounge is used by families that just take everything and leave nothing, but don't actually eat it. also the cold meats/cheese etc are left uncovered so they tend to turn up at the edges like an old sandwich.

The room was comparatively smaller than other hotels The hotel is clean, but the galleries and furniture inside appear age old. The worst part was that they charged more than the usual price through Booking.com

Quite far from the airport but it is okay since I arrived wee hours of the morning so no traffic. Because of short stay was not able to go around thus have not much idea how far it is to the shopping malls.

The staff at the reception were amazing as I was in the wrong CROWNE Plaza - they refunded my other nights and upgraded me to a suite. Very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Alsharif and his team. My first time to Saudi as well.

The hotel staff are very nice and very helpful with everything. I had very nice room , Interier designed remind me of London. for this reason I really like it ,was very clean and the most important for me is the bed , pillows are soft and comfortable bed. Definitely when I’ll back I’ll stay again here.

Reception staff is very kind and familiar, room is well prepared and comfortable, Variety of breakfast meals are accepted and service members were nice to guests.

Trash Baskets were free of plastic bags in my room,

Good breakfast & please of dinner options. Room was a good size and was a pleasant stay.

Was a bit out of the way for work on the north side of the city.
