Overall nice short stay (1-night). Good variety in breakfast. Parking available at the front. (additional parking in the back). All services available as listed/shown but couldn't use due to short stay. Nice location (not so crowded). Neat and clean hotel.

Some furniture / items are a bit old, needs renovation/replacement, but gets the job done. (so no complaints as such). Took some time (about 30 minutes waiting) to check-in, as the hotel was fully booked, and the room was not ready yet, around 5:30 pm. (which was ok). The light in some of the rooms are not as bright as shown in the images. Not all the sockets in the room are updated to be used with type G plug.

The place is absolutely perfect! The room is spacious and exactly like the picture, it was clean, quiet, homy and cozy, the location was great too. However, the best thing about this place was the staff. They were super attentive and helpful. We are very grateful for the staff and completely happy with the service

In our first day there was a slight smell of cigars Also there was no supermarket within a walking distance

Everything was good except one thing, the room lock.

The room lock, there's an issue when placing the Card, I notified the reception several times, one time change the card and ask me not to place it near the Mobile, which I don't do it, other times send a technician to change the battery, but he said it's not the cause, so it takes time when coming back to the room until the door open. Good ambience, hygiene level was good, location was peaceful , nearby places are park, food courts , grocery stores like panda , Danube Overall it is worth staying at this property The staff is very cooperative especially the Bangladeshi receptionist who was very helpful, I'm forgetting his name

Although overall it was a good experience with this property but there is always room for improvement , breakfast needs improvement against the price , this could be done by adding more varieties and freshness in the meal

The location is good. STAFF : very helpful and very special thanks for the security man. He carry my bags from the parking up to the elevator. Breakfast: it is good but it dose not meet our expectation. The room carpet has very bad smiling.

The car parking is every small and you can't park the big car and no sign for hight of ceilings. It is very low it can fit for only small cars.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The room size is just about right, the staff are friendly too. From the entrance to the rooms, you can tel that cleanliness is a priority of the hotel management. They have plenty of food choices at breakfast at the mess hall, and is great! Too bad I didn’t take photos of the hotel, was focused on relaxing during the stay.

Personal preference only, could have provided brighter room lights. Overall the experience is great.

I was really grateful for nice and always helpful support from the hotel staff. All people were so kind and organised, it made our stay in hotel very enjoyable.

Older furniture, poor quality of the windows which cause hearing the noise from the street and bad quality of our sleep.

Really polite and courteous staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. And for the price, its just exceptional.

The street parking is almost always full and the hotel underground parking is limited but I was always able to find a spot. The TV is also somewhat old and doesn't let you cast your phone. The (free) internet was also slow.

Excellent service and staff. We love the free unlimited hot arabic coffee we enjoyed it much 😁

I hope next time ladies are allowed in swimming pool. Because i supposed to let my daughter swim with me but it’s ok i let my husband do it.

I enjoyed my stay at Mena hotel. For me, cleanliness, a comfortable bed, a good hot shower, good wifi and quietness make a hotel enjoyable. I had all these at Mena hotel.

I couldn't see through the window, but it still brought in natural light in the morning.
