This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again, the hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were immediately attentive, assisting with our luggage and parking the car. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a warm welcome that included coffee and drinks. A special thank you to the receptionist, Khalid, for his professional and pleasant service. The junior suite was perfectly suited for two guests, offering ample space and a comfortable, clean environment. The room amenities were also clean and well-maintained. The reception team was consistently responsive and quick to assist with any requests we had during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will definitely be returning

While the stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue upon arrival regarding the room setup. The room was booked for two guests, and the expectation was that toiletries and other essential items would be provided for two. However, the initial supply was only for a single guest and there was no shower gel. The team did send supplies when contacted. Additionally, the iron in the room was broken. I believe a daily review of arriving guest lists and potential assigned rooms, followed by a quick inspection, would be beneficial to ensure all necessary toiletries and items are available and in working order before guest arrival.

Location: it is accessible and quiet Food: the restaurant was great, lots of food variety and place was cool. Room: Was spacious, complete toiletries , modernized , and clean Reception: was accommodating and fast in answering calls.

People who were not checked in were able to access the top floor (pools &gym), they were roaming around in 21st and 24th floor. It was quite awkward that there were 4 teenagers laughing and staring while im using the pool Suggestion: hotel should give access only to those who were checked in to give reassurance of their safety and freedom to use the facility.

The hotel underground parking is a bit tight and would be tricky for big SUV's

Everything was perfect! The room, the bathroom, the bed, in room amenities. Nothing is missing at all.

The mini fridge doesn’t cool enough.

The hotel is well located on King Fahd Road, very convenient in downtown area. The facility exceeds my expectation, gym and swimming pool are nice. The staff have a great attitude mostly. The frontdesk called Turki Alotaibi is very nice and friendly to me, giving me a great welcome and a upgrade to the suite. Overall very nice experience.

The bottle of drinking water provided in the room is very small in size, and the staff is reluctant to give me more water. The waitress in the breakfast restaurant is with a not so nice attitude, asking my room number every morning when I stayed for a week.

Great stay great breakfast and very helpful team I requested to extend the accommodation for a few hours due to I have an appointment in hospital after check out time and they extended it with no charge.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh. The spacious suite was a definite highlight, providing ample room and all the amenities I needed, all of excellent quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, and I especially appreciated the generous upgrade to a suite with a lovely view. A special thank you to Turki and Bassam for their exceptional service. When a last-minute change required me to extend my stay by a night, the staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly arranging the extension and even honoring my original booking rate. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. While the suite was generally clean, I did notice some dust on the furniture and lamps. Additionally, the hand and face towels in the bathroom were quite worn and could benefit from replacement. My only other suggestion would be to improve the check-in process. With two staff members handling a number of guests, particularly on a weekend, the wait time was a little longer than ideal. Perhaps adding an extra staff member during peak periods could streamline this process.

The food quality was excellent, but it would be great if the restaurant have more space.

I recently stayed at Ramada for 6 weeks but only week days so i checked in and out 6 times . And each time i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The lobby is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere and a great place to study and work and the entire hotel exudes elegance and cleanliness. A special thank you to Khalid, Bassam, Abdullah,Naif,Aziz at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided seamless check-in and check-out, and were always available with a warm smile and eager to help. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home and added a personal touch to my experience.

The cellular and Wifi signals were a little bit weak in some of the rooms
