The Room service guy opened the room while I was sleeping!!! (there should be a system placed for them to know if the room is occupied or not).

The breakfast not expected I think you are able to do more

Our room was spacious and clean, daily cleaning was done, the reception staff were so friendly and professional. Our special thanks to all the receptionists. We loved our room service boy, named Junaid Bashir who was so polite and professional, he did his job faultless and made sure we had everything we needed. Spa staff were so nice and polite, I really enjoyed the steam room and sauna even though the ladies time was so unfair 🫢.

My room didn't include breakfast, but I didn't know that. So I went to the restaurant for breakfast every day, until the third day there was one staff checked my room no and told me breakfast is not included in my room. Then I should take responsibility for my mistake, so I apologized to the restaurant waiter and immediately made up the breakfast charge of SR297 for three days. However, if the first day, the staff can inform me of the problem in a timely manner. Then this mistake can be avoided as soon as possible.cause I really don’t want to spend 99 a day for breakfast. So I think the management of the restaurant is flawed.

It was a short stay for one night but it was nice, easy check in& out (special thanks to Mr. Saif) in reception for his professionality and respect , friendly staff, breakfast was so far good, does not have much variety but care for quality of items available, it was not the first time in Park Inn. The room size is very good and wide enough to go through, it has a modern furniture with side sofa and rolling-chair.

Breakfast could be more better by adding some items especially for kids.

The hotel room was quite comfortable and refreshing. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The on-site parking was a plus since I have used a car for a few days and I could park it easily. The staff were very helpful and cooperative.

The hotel was having maintenance on a couple of days during my stay following a schedule they had shared with us. However, sometimes they started working earlier, but it was fine.

The hotel is new, design excellent, fantastic pool area outdoor, room with complimentary nespresso coffee machine and set, wide shower in the bathroom. Staff super nice and kind, in particular the food and beverage manager, really clever, it was spontaneous to interact and chat with him, seeing so much care on the service. Supermarket and Burger King just across the road, for any possible need, super.

Difficult to find an argument but breakfast is just good, reduced about choices. I would have expected salmon, no. I found noodles to go as a good option i appreciated to extend the choice.

We stayed in the junior suite for first night then moved to the standard. Really spacious and clean and loved the robes and slippers. Very well-maintained with very lovely staff! They are all very friendly and helpful in giving advice on locations, attractions, food etc. The breakfast was great too, they have an egg station too! The location is great as it is walking distance to fast food shops and the mall too!

The swimming and gym hours for females are very short and at odd times.

Very nice hotel, clean and staff were so kind. Everyone knew english and they have free covered car park. They have a lift from car park directly to your room floor. The check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. The kleenex/tissues were of good and thick quality, which you usually don't get at other hotels. Location was very nice, quiet place with no traffic.

Food was average but everything else was amazing.

Although my stay was very brief as I used it only for overnight transit stay while traveling from UAE for Umrah. The sofa cum bed in a Standard room for my daughter was quite comfortable. The check-out process was also quite simple and fast as just had to drop room keys in a box located in the basement car park. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
