I like the location because it is 5 minutes away from my place of work. Very convenient in downtown Riyadh. The hotel and room is super clean, very comfortable and quiet.

I am not sure why they don't have room service. This was the only thing that I found strange.

This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

The location it’s too busy and crowded , but some people will like the vibe in this location

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Location, quality, friendliness of most of the staff, particularly at the door and some of reception. Some of the bar staff seem to be stretched and didn’t understand our English request / accent… not there first language we know.

The length of time it took to credit my account with the 1200SAR was circa 4weeks seemed to be a long time. When I went into reception they told me it would take 10 days / 2 weeks, which even that seems a long time, when it takes seconds to take the money, but 4 weeks to issue a credit.??

Fancy property and grand. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed there for almost one month and was very comfortable. I love that there is a menu for pillows to choose what is comfortable for you. The amenities in the room were quite modern. Staff is very friendly and buffet options are massive and very delicious buffet food. Location is quite central in Riyadh and easy to get to, and bas so many restaurants, malls, shops around.

The rooms dont get sunlight which was a bit uncomfortable but easy to manage. They put incense in the corridors which is a good thing for some people, but other people get allergic like myself which i recommend they stop this practice and maybe switch to steam incense which does not involve burning coil that causes allergy. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets dont include some basic beverages like cappuccino, green tea, and diet pepsi! and you have to pay extra for those even though some of it is served for free in your room! Even after speaking to management about it, they didnt seem to be convinced. I never experienced a hotel that makes you pay for basic beverages like this when you are already paying for breakfast.

Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. The location is very good, the selection of food at breakfast is awesome.

However the staff at the restaurant don't speak good English which makes it difficult to communicate. There was some swimming pool issue during our stay and on the next day some of the staff claimed that the water is good for swimming and then another guy from the staff came and said the water was not good for swimming which made us very confused and afraid of the potential consequences of having been swimming in bad water.

Located in the bustling Olaya district of the Saudi capital. Check in was seamless - Abdallah was highly efficient & extremely obliging. Free complimentary upgrade of 1 room enabling my family & I to be on the same floor - very grateful. Rooms are spacious, spotless & stunning. Decor of the hotel & rooms are ornate. Has a palatial ambiance. All staff were amazing. Massive buffet for breakfast & iftaar. A truly 5 star experience from entry to exit. Tad expensive but you are paying for class.
