Salam. This is our second stay at the hotel. Our first night was here before we drove to Medina. We decided to come back on our return because we loved it. The location of the hotel is excellent and quiet. My family and I have enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere inside the hotel. We arrived and our room was not ready. However, the two gentlemen at the reception upgraded our room with no charge. We waited downstairs with the musical sound of the water fountain. It was quiet and relaxing. Then one of the receptionists came to us with a smile and and said that the director would like to offer us a free supper while our suite is being ready. An excellent customer service. It shows class and how much they care about their customers and their comfort. The restaurant manager is very welcoming and the food is yummy and excellent. The parking is available and our car was shaded.

Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was lovely and the beds were super comfortable. It was a stop over for one night from the airport so didn't get to explore or take advantage of the facilities. Was very convenient to stay before our flight to Jeddah the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Bit of confusion on the number of beds as there were 4 adults which I entered in booking.com. Upon arrival there was only one King bed in the suite, however this was quickly resolved with 2 additional beds- thank you

10 USD more for the wifi.... i would suggest to think about including this wifi price directly in the room. it leaves better impression. the hotel is expensive but everything is included. rather than, the hotel is expensive and good wifi cost extra

Great location, close to the airport. I visited to take part in the Riyadh Marathon. It was close by to a nearby shopping precinct which was perfect for going to get some food after. In the hotel was a Starbucks and a lovely restaurant.

It was a little pricey for an airport hotel. The gym facilities were good but it wasn't a big space and didn't really have a good area like a yoga studio or anywhere to stretch.

Very near to air port. Perfect if you have an early flight so you can avoid going into the city. Hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful decor, nice comfy beds and big size room. Breakfast was too good. Enjoyed my stay there and would love to be back. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Description mismatch with Booking.com. Room description was wrong. We opted for 2 rooms, we got only one. Cooking facilities were mentioned in booking.com but was not available. King Executive Room with Coutyard description was totally wrong. Facilities v/s money mismatch.

Reception, restaurant, and cleaning Staff are professional and very polite and helpful with a smile. breakfast very good with good timings. clean rooms, bathrooms clean and has all the toiletries. one of the few hotels that have Mosque (Masjid) for daily prayers. close to the airport ( approximately 5 minutes drive), big parking space.

Good buffet food for evening meal and breakfast at reasonable price. Proximity to airport. Ride from taxi rank at airport to hotel approx. 45 Riyals but some drivers appeared reluctant to take the fare due to proximity. More money to be made elsewhere

is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants, shops etc Not the hotels fault, but the unlicensed taxi drivers approaching at the departures from the airport. Colleague quoted 200 riyals for a 45 riyal official journey - Beware!!!

Great hotel within 10 mins drive to the airport. Comfy beds and super quite. Excellent for transit flight or if accommodation needed near airport. Breakfast was fantastic and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

AC seems to have sudden bursts of sound and not the usual humming, could be part of it function, not sure. Eventually, I was too tired be woken by it :-)

Location near the airport about 10 minutes by taxi or UBER. Comfortable beds. Very nice and clean room. Perfect pool area. Nice staff. The hotel is fenced and has a gate - so feeling of safety. Nice restaurant. Bar in the lobby. Gym. Fast check-in and check out. Projector by the pool with football match.
