Breakfast was great As I am Turkish, Turkish coffee was made every morning, especially after breakfast. Everything was available for breakfast. The only thing missing was Turkish tea.

Although I specifically requested a meeting room in the lobby, no meeting room was arranged. For 2 people it was said that we do not open a meeting room. In Antalya in Turkey, let alone 2 people in Antalya, even for 1 person, a large meeting room is allocated for the customer to work.

Brand new hotel Very clean Very nice interior The gentleman at the reception upgraded me from a deluxe room to a suit without me even asking Breakfast is great with plenty of choices and the staff are very nice and helpful (Special thanks to the manager assistant at th restaurant, I don't remember his name and I feel terrible) The spa is fantastic, I had one of the best massages in my life thanks to the guy who works there (I believe his name is John?) I'll definitely come back

Nothing really that I didn't like But the hotel location is great if you're coming for business like me, but it is a bit far from the entertainment area.

We stayed in the shaza hotel for 10 days.. Really liked the hotel and the staff.. breakfast buffet was also really good, great options to choose from

Some things can be improved... The room had facilities like a stove and a microwave but there were no dishes or pans to use these facilities in the room. We had to request some plates suitable to use the microwave, which the staff provided with some delay.. . There was a freezer in the room which was not working very well, when we requested to fix it we were told we need to upgrade our room to use a proper freezer. Why provide the freezer in the first place when there is no intention to activate it :)

The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our check in process and were always kind throughout our two night stay. The stay was so comfortable that adding another night made absolute sense. 1)The best part was the historical mosque just next to the hotel. 2) I forgot to book with breakfast and on entering the room I found mini kitchen inside including stove, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and fridge. Because we came from Umrah and were extremely tired, it was very convenient for us to prepare breakfast in the room by ordering little groceries online from hunger station. 2)Two separate washrooms in the same room. 3)Sofacome bed was big enough for my 2 kids (11 and 8 years old)

The hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are big, plenty of space and very comfortable. The gym is very good, cross training area and weights and machines area as well. The staff is very friendly and useful. Amazing stay. Really worth the money.

The breakfast is good but there is space to improve with more option of food. The dinner was not that good for a buffet. The location is good only if you have a car.

Room size was quite big. The staff were great. Saud the duty manager who checked us in was lovely. Hotel and property were beautiful. Bed was very comfy. Price was very reasonable especially considering the comparative options. I would stay again.

Pool and spa is only open for women for 3 hours in the early morning, and then from 9 AM to midnight for men. And no massage or facial services for women at all. While that is better than other KSA hotels, it is simply ridiculous. If Saudi is "changing" and "opening" these services should be at least 50/50, if not 100% open at all times for men and women together. Location is a bit far from the center, but not unmanageable at all. For one early morning event however, though we booked a hotel car, it was not prepared and we ended up having to take an Uber which messed up and delayed our event arrival. That was not great. So I would just recommend double confirming those types of internal arrangements.

Great hospitality and service ,beautiful ,luxurious and welcoming hotel, a great stuff specially (Jibon Sander) was an excellent housekeeping staff member during my stay at Shaza Hotel. He was incredibly smart and dedicated to his job, ensuring that my room was always clean and well-maintained. His attention to detail was impressive, and he always went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect and providing the highest level of service possible!

The staff was excellent and very hospitable, even when we arrived…the gentleman on the reception was very polite and helpful and made us feel home immediately! His name is Fayez! The location is a little to far from the center of Riyadh. The hotel feels more of a wellness retreat with meditation music every where. For me, that’s a plus 😜

The breakfast employees weren’t very friendly but the buffet was superb.
