Breakfast with a big selection of food , tasty and international 5* standard. The best in this Hotel is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Want emphasise Mr. Abdulmajeed , he helped me late night to reach a pharmacy , provided a car with driver free of charge and really took care of me. Thank you very much Mr. Abdulmajeed ! The restaurant Piazza , provide a good quality Italian food.

Nothing to complain.. just the location not very convenient to walk. The services compensate the disadvantages.

i booked for a taxi to take me to the airport at 9a.m. I was called at 3:30 a.m and was told that the car is waiting!!!!!! when i said that it’s too early, the car should be ready at 9am not 3:30, the speaker just hung up without saying sorry or anything!!! i was shocked and couldn’t sleep after the terrible way i woke up from the extremely early call!!! i was very disappointed.

Room size is comfortable and in general everything is clean and well kept. In the room a sanitising kitwith gloves, hand sanitiser and masks was provided. Some amenities not present in the room (for example dental kit) can be required to reception and they bring them immediately to the room. The staff is very nice and helpful: we needed to print some papers and they helped without charging us; moreover, we needed to arrange the PCR testing before our flight back and they arranged everything very smoothly.

We arrived late evening so we decided to eat at the Italian Restaurant of the hotel: unfortunately, the quality of the food is not the best and actually the available dishes are not properly Italian, so if you are picky in this sense I suggest to skip it and go for something else!

Parking is small area. I don’t know if they have more space anywhere else. The exit immediately to a busy road that was bad, maybe because of the repairing around the building

- Staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming. (especially Zeyad) - Multiple shopping malls nearby. - Bed Mattress was super comfortable! - AC was performing perfectly. (COLD! as needed)

- Room service won't pickup the phone most of the time. - Toilet is old, shower head was very uncomfortable, and basically ruins the shower experience. - Fallen hair could be seen over the room. - Location provided on Booking.com led me to somewhere else, far away. I had to pay way extra for the Taxi.

the location is not near any convenient public transportation. The breakfast is really very good variety wise and quality. the bed is really comfy.

I have staid in both hotel room and vila. both were out standing. staff is very friendly and very supportive. location is perfect. Special thanks to khalids , Waled , smaeel and mamoon. In fact , all staff were out standing without mention names.

This hotel is in a good location. Although traffic in Riyadh is becoming like in Cairo, so there are no good locations anymore. The room was very comfortable and cosy.

No bad impressions. The hotel is run as it should be.

Breakfast fantastic ..huge selection and everything fresh. A little expensive but good value for that amount.
