During my recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, I had an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Amira for her outstanding assistance in securing a reservation for the Ramadan tent, where I could enjoy a delightful Iftar meal. Despite being informed that all tables were already booked, Ms. Amira went above and beyond to accommodate me and managed to arrange a table for me. Her exceptional cooperation and support left a lasting impression on me and made my experience truly memorable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Khadija and the entire hotel management for their exemplary service and attention to detail. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the staff was truly commendable. From the moment I arrived until the time of departure, I was consistently impressed by their warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Very extra clean services. Super nice staff and very welcoming. The insulation is of high quality delivering the right comfort.

One guest was smoking next to my room and made the whole corridor smoky despite it is a non smoking facility.. while I spoke to the reception in charge they have refreshed the area and I believe who ever is that person stopped smoking in the room but continued in the bathroom. It did really interrupt my stay at this beautiful 5-7 stars hotel.

Every thing was perfect

The valet parking service is not free with the room and you pay for it upon check-out for each time you use the valet parking service separately. This is disappointing and unexpected from a hotel at the level of the Four Seasons that the valet parking service is not free and is not included when booking the room.

The Hotel is of a very high standards, i liked that they cleaned the room even when we were leaving that day, they did their best to ensure that our stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is easily accessible and the amenities are really good.

I would have preferred if the hotel didn't ask me to pay for every single additional request. some requests were really small and the amount i paid for the hotel stay justified that those requests are given complimentary or rejected but saying yes and charging me for them was a bit awkward.

There is someone his name saad he was on the reception I asked him to book for me a room and he said the hotel is full !!! And after i got out i searched online if there is any available room left in four season hotel Then i found a lot of available rooms !!! Al staff were nice only Saad should not be working there !!

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Nice lobby area and pick up space.

There are no spa services for women only men, which was very disappointing. Loud drilling noise in the evenings but was put down to being a property on the other side of the building.

Superb . Ideal as a base for exploring Riyadh and then relaxing .

Service by the pool a little hit and miss ,they are not really pool people, it was empty most days , so understandable . One night ruined by ropes from window cleaners banging against windows , but they were very apologetic and moved rooms immediately.

Barking service Because they toke my car to the parking and when I requested the car they said your car battery is dead keep in mind that the car battery is new And one of the stuff told me because the car was parked for 12 hours that why the battery is dead and he was convinced about what he is saying

The hotel room was absolutely exceptional. The service and quality of the whole experience was unsurpassed. We will definitely stay there again! We were also traveling with an infant and the hotel was extremely attentive to our needs. We really appreciate the service of Johanna Fagerberg (Hotel experience manager) who met our every request. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KINDNESS. THE LOCATION WAS IN DOWNTOWN EVERY THING IS WITHIN 5 MINS AND IT'S CONNECTED TO THE MOST FAMOUS MALL IN THE CITY.
