The location is👌. Walking distance especially if you want to go and see the Kingdom Center. The neighborhood was friendly, and safe to walk around even at night. There were malls and other shopping area to enjoy, and you could take taxi or rent their chauffeur if you wanted to go see other areas such as the Riyadh Winter Wonderland. The staffs were great too. The security, the reception, the housekeeping, the restaurant personnel and the chauffeur. Although the hotel was not as new as other Novotel in other country, I could say that the staff always do their job to make their guests welcome. I felt safe even if I stayed there alone(female traveller). Their car was clean, the chauffeur was respecting, the reception was listening to instructions. The restaurant served me with the jumbo prawns even at 11:36pm. If I needed something they would come as fast as they could. Staffs speak English well. It was a lovely stay!😍 I had tried Novotel in Philippines too, and I could say that the staffs are what I thought to be the reason why both these hotel thrive well coz they serve the guests the best they could.🥰

The faucet leak. It has no damage, but due to its height, the water would stream from the hole to its body and then to the sink. In the morning, the water would pool at the edge of the sink and if you are not careful it would spill on the floor.

Everything, location, view of kingdom tower. good value for money , thankful to Mr.Rahmath for the room upgrade. Breakfast good with variety. Billiards and table tennis enjoyed. All nice, will visit again.

Location , Room view on the iconic building ,room interior looks so modern and clean , easy parking and quiet location and it’s in center of downtown.

Minor things which is the elevator o think the internal sound for floor indication need to be off and the elevator interior needs to be renovated

The room is clean and has enough space. My kids were able to run and play inside. Plus of course the view. We enjoyed seeing the kingdom tower daytime and night time. We had the pool all to ourselves. The staffs are friendly & courteous.

very old furniture with holes from cigarette family room booked with breakfast and dinner - only 1 diner for 3 guest looks weirdly. in the family room - 1 cup for tea set

I found all the staff are doing their duty best so all things are neat, clean & healthy. It is close by Kingdom Tower, many malls, other Hotels, etc. Also, the food is of good quality and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Novotel team. And I wish you good luck.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The gym could do with a refurbishment and the sauna was not working
