It was a great unforgettable luxurious experience accommodating in The Ritz Carlton Riyadh🏨 From the front desk to the room service, all members are welcoming and nice. They were competing to provide the best they have. Mohand, Bander, Salman and more gentlemen. The beautiful ladies have shown their ability to work together and make the environment more enjoyable. Madawi, Raniah, Aseel, and Rayan, made my stay not only enjoyable but unforgettable as this was my anniversary. My husband and I were surrounded by a garden of Red Flowers, sweet and drinks. Mohamad, Fahd, and Raniah came up to my room the night of my last day with another wonderful surprise. Of course, all these wonderful meaningful feelings meant a lot as the message behind reflect love and happiness. Breakfast was different than normal in Alorjouan restaurant with the hospitality of Mayvel, Sumarni , Abdullah and Abdul Hadi. All were very welcoming staff. In the Hong restaurant, another magnificent journey with all the staff, especial thanks to Osama, Kelvin, and Renonte.

My recommendation is to change the carpet of the room to the level of The Ritz Carlton Riyadh.

This was one of the most unforgettable experiences. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful, the most stunning hotel I’ve stayed at to date and so grand - from the lobby to the corridors to the pool - every room was amazing. But what made our experience even better were the staff - every single staff who we encountered was so hospitable and polite, and they really did go above and beyond for us; we felt so welcomed and valued. Just to name a few of the amazing staff: Rania at the front desk, Kumar, Basem, Frank (from housekeeping) - I would name all if I could remember! I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re in Riyadh

Everything was amazing, truly amazing. It is indeed a palace hotel, so luxurious. My family enjoyed so much and especially the indoor swimming pool. We We got a great welcome after we arrived, our car was taken for valet parking by the friendly staff. Check in area is amazing also friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. The hotel ambiance so beautiful and also the landscaping around the hotel, the water fountain in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast so inviting , and plenty of breakfast selection, buffet. The food tasted amazing. I wouldn’t mind staying at Ritz Carlton Riyadh again and l will recommend to my friends and family.

What truly set this stay apart was the incredible warmth and politeness of the staff. Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. you can't expect more, the place is amazing, this is a real royal palace. the only one which could wish to change - during the brunch the live band could be performing not only international but also traditional music to give us opportunity to discover the local culture.

The hotel is a Ritz Carlton, so your expectations are already high. Given this, the Riyadh property is just an average 5 star luxurious hotel. The best: the staff, the nice in-door swimming and spa and the food in the restaurants. The room was very comfortable - but you do not expect less. So overall, a very nice hotel that has a nice decoration - if you like Arabic influence decor - a great location and very quiet.

Minor things, but that you expect do not happen in a Ritz: - we walked around the property and many parts were not cleaned and clearly had not been under going maintenance for some time. - It is summer, and inside is great, given the high temperatures, but no use of the gardens and no possibility to have a coffee or enjoying outside at all. - The view from our room, was to a dump, outside the property. Not very exciting. - Finally, we wanted to experiment some Arabic experience, like shisha, but were informed that this was not possible. So we ended up going outside to just enjoy coffee and shisha.

I came during the month of Ramadan, and we booked an iftar at Bab Alqasser. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Bab Alqasser due to the weather conditions. We had to transfer our table to the indoor area, but the tables were not ready or cleaned, and the staff were not prepared to facilitate the transfer. I had to move the table myself. Additionally, when I went to the buffet to get food, other customers were brought to my table, and I had to move again. Overall, this was my worst experience ever in a restaurant.

Excellent Experience stay in Ritz Carlton, everything is awesome they have standard like 7 star and they are maintaining, the view inside hotel is impressive beautiful and the front office is so beautiful and the desk people Mrs. NOORA she is very cooperative and Hamble and Excellent Attitude, she didn't like to feel me that it's my first stay, i am very thankful to her to make my stay Exceptional. I wil always to try to stay in Ritz Carlton.

I loved the service so much , the stuff was so professional and helpful , i felt like i am at my own palace this was not only a hotel to stay at it was a totally different experience and enjoyment time spent there , with professional stuff and sweet hospitality and treatment I appreciate everything they provided us and the nice treatment.
