The hotel has nice secure parking, well maintained facilities and very helpful staff. Great hospitality and friendliness.

Our room was facing the street and the traffic light is in manual mode at night due to the security checks by police. A lot of impatient drivers a honking all night long. The other thing is that thermostat is really insensitive in the room (+/- 2C). What it means that when you set +21 the air conditioning doesn't start until +23 and doesn't stop until there is +19.

Price is high somehow compared to its 4 stars hotel

Unfortunately, the booking for two rooms was not available upon arrival. The staff apparently only saw one room and was not able to guarantee that our two room request would be fulfilled. As a result, that caused some undue stress.

Loved that the gym and the pool were on the same floor and indoors. It thus makes for a year-round accessible amenity at this facility.

The atmosphere was professional, buffet was diverse, chef very friendly and he cane around the tables to ask for feedback. Reception staff always helpful, smell of oud when you enter the hotel and the welcome coffee , home away from home.

Nothing! Stayed before for 4 weeks and now a week and i will stay again when i am in Riyadh.

It was an enjoyable stay at the Court Yard Hotel; it is a lovely, secure, and well-kept establishment, the entire staff were kind and helpful, the food is excellent.and there hospitality was unique.

We would prefer the presence of Gym specific to females from culture perspective. The presence of spa will make the hotel more attracting.

The location was perfect for our needs being situated ten minutes from the diplomatic area and only 30 minutes from the train station. Check in was efficient with a warm welcome. Rooms were very clean with the venue catering for mainly business travellers. The hotel is quiet, relaxed and offers a comfortable oasis of calm following a hectic day chasing admin. The restaurant offers a magnificent buffet with many delicious local dishes available. And so we indulged with the unique and delicious flavours of this land.

Nothing to dislike.

We didn't eat at the hotel. Secondly the food offered was very very limited, for that we went out to have lunch, and so on.

For food specially lunch it should be having some international as a choice, not to limited to what they offers. The rest in the hotel locks very good and to the standard.

-The location is good. -Staff are good. - In room dinning is great value. And using barcode to order is very good and attention to detail. -Room per request. -TV is great comes with all feautures including youtube.

-Hotel needs a valet. As parking is annoying in thia hotel we can find parking spots but you need to walk. -Beds are not that comfy and sheets needs to be more maintaned. -Privecy is very poor as noise slips easily to the next room becarful if you have kids that might cause and issue with the next door fellow or even it might get furthur than that. - House keeping knocking my door at afternoon requesting to clean my room while im inside and i have privecy note on the door?! Housekeeping staff needs more educating. -the main heater has issues in this hotel, better if hotel is facing issue with the water temp better if they inform prior to check in.

Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter is well equipped, clean and confortable for those traveling for work. Breakfast is really good and staff is very nice and friendly.

I cannot see of experience anything that i didn’t like or i don’t like. Everything is absolutely awesome.

The mini fridge was not working at the beginning and the AC was very hot and doesn't cool down quickly, stuck on 22 degrees celcius
