Beautiful and comfortable room in a nice location

This is a hotel without any personal contact. You have to check in at exactly 16:00 and not a minute earlier (we had to wait outside). Opening the front door was a problem because the PIN did not match the PIN we received via mail. (We were not the only ones confused by this). The room was good and comfortable, but could have received some more attention from the staff before we checked in: unlike mentioned there was no coffee available, only one half roll of toilet paper (we had to buy both ourselves), and one of the curtains had run off the rails. Other than that, everything was fine and we definitely enjoyed our stay

The room was bare bones. Two twin beds and a small desk with a coffee machine on it. They did have an elevator. The guy at the bar/restaurant downstairs was helpful. I got an email telling me my door code. The message was in German. I only speak/read English, so I didn't know what the message said. I had to ask the man in the restaurant to help me. So, now he knows my door code. It was a good location. We walked from the train station and could walk to the main square which was within a couple of blocks .

I didn't like not having any front desk. I did find help in the restaurant/bar downstairs, but the communication texts, emails were in German and I had to ask for help in reading them.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. You can easily walk there from the main station. We received all the information we needed for the self check-in well in advance. Overall extremely good value for money.

There is luggage storage on site, but only a limited number of lockers that only fit small suitcases.

Good location, well presented room

It is not possible to store large suitcases before check in time. It was also difficult to contact staff for assistance on the phone number provided. We called three times, each time answered with a lengthy prerecorded message in German that we unfortunately couldn’t understand. We were later advised an English message followed and someone would eventually answer.

The location was good, close to train station (about a 7 min walk) and a 5 min walk to the main shopping area. There were 2 waters in the room every day.

There was not a kettle or cups in the room and the hand soap ran out on the 1st day - we let them know, but wasn't filled up. Seemed to be on rations for toilet paper and soap! No air con, but they did provide a fan which was a godsend ! Some reception staff not helpful and most of the time were not at the desk - we had to look for them to check in and then check out. But, all quite minor things ...

Location was very good. Quiet street. Room was modern and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

It was one of the hottest days of the summer (100F/38C), and we were on the top floor in a family room. They only had one fan for us to use, which did not allow proper cooling for both beds. We requested another, but they didn't have one. We realize it was an unusually hot temperature (they said 5 days of the year this happens), but they should absolutely have 2 fans in the family rooms. The heat was unbearable, especially for children. This unique situation would not turn us away from staying at this hotel again. It just made our first night in Germany very uncomfortable.

It was lovely and clean, with a spacious room and very comfortable beds. The window had a lovely view of a church dome. The rooms were really quiet, and the hot water was plentiful with good water pressure.

We were on the third floor and the lift only goes up to the second floor. It wasn’t a problem for us but it’s something to be aware of. The sensor tap in the bathroom was very sensitive and would turn on all the time if you were standing at or near the sink.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom and very comfortable bed, Good hot powerful shower much appreciated, Parking at the nearby Parkhaus am Theater is convenient and straightforward. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant.

Having read that there would be bedside sockets, we were amazed that to find there was only one electrical socket in the entire bedroom, and that this was at ground level by the entrance door. This meant that we had to use the coffee machine on the floor! Very inconvenient for making coffee, and generally unacceptable in this day and age when there are so many electrical gadgets that need charging.

Nice and spacious room, recently renovated, there was availability for an early check in and it ran smoothly

the shower cabin did not have proper isolation and the bathroom got really wet when the shower was on, it was a bit confusing to find the rooms at first, but it worked out fine

Very nice fresh room with a big toilett/shower. Walking sitancr to the city center and other attractions.

The sink was a bit smelly. The windows went towards a inneryard with a seating area making it difficult to have the windows open. Parking on the street is difficult around.
