Breakfast was ok. The bacon seemed too soft. it was kinda gross. The eggs were hotel eggs. the sausage was watery??? The best part was the coffee and pancake machine. That was enough for me but after 5 days, It would have been nice for some crispy bacon and sausage. The staff was excellent. Blake was very helpful and kind and his service made the trip. I traveled with 7 grandkids and he eased my mind letting me know they were free to play the games, play pool etc. I was thankful for him since we were there to lay my mom to rest for her celebration of life.

The bacon! Sometimes there was a smell of dog poop lingering.

Location was new so it was close to newer/nicer-area restaurants. After driving all day, this is important to us… take care of the pup, quick eat, relax (Also it’s nice having cold drinks available for purchase at check-in. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻)

Very cheap mattress. Very cheap sheets. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Felt like it was designed for easy clean up… like they wanted to be able “hose it down” if necessary. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel, but come on. Some balance would be nice. Most pet owners are going to be conscientious… But even if not? The room costs and pet charge is higher than most others out there. (We road trip quite a bit.) AND the desk attendee at check-in was not very friendly. We seemed to be an inconvenience as she was conducting a prospective employee interview. 3rd (or 4th??) Tru we’ve stayed in, but not the greatest. Sorry.

I enjoy staying in the Tru hotels when I can find a good deal, they're slightly above my budget in general. I love the vibrant colors and the seating arrangements in the lobby; the city mural on the wall; availability of different coffees, drinks, and snacks; cleanliness; and comfort.

This must have been an older Tru. Silly but I missed seeing my name on the TV when we checked in. There were some lamps and other things missing that they have in the newer Trus. I'm sure most people wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't stayed in several already.

I left a shirt. I'm a Hilton honors member. U already have all my information. So u should just send it to me. Not make me fill out all the info again. It kept saying invalid e mail. I tried 5 times and all u did was keep telling me I entered it wrong. Sometimes computers fail and u must use a person. I know my email and I entered it correctly. I still see no reason why you can't send my shirt

We stayed here on 8/25/23 and on 9/7/23. Both times Blake at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. He was very accommodating with our room selection and parking. We were pulling a trailer with offroad vehicles and were concerned about overnight parking in an area that was secured. He assured us security would be making rounds and was able to put us in a room where we could see our vehicles. He also offered to help us with our luggage. He is an exceptional young man who seemed to enjoy his job. He was very courteous and pleasant and made a very good impression. I did consider booking with Hyatt Place, but their breakfast (at Hyatt in Utah) was lacking and they only had half and half or milk at the coffee bar. Blake and your breakfast buffet were deciding factors.

My family loved the facility. The entire facility was very clean and freshly painted. Family friendly rooms with plenty of space for littles to run around. They had a moveable desk and I loved that the counters were high, as I have a very curious 1 year old. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was traveling with 3 kids solo and they met every request. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of items.

Loved the different choices for breakfast that was offered. The layout was great, staff always replenished anything that was low. It was in a great place to enjoy and relax while having our breakfast.

I think the Tru was the best place away from home that we could call our second home. There isn’t anything I would change. I really have no idea what I didn’t like while I was there.

Room was very nice, comfortable beds, good linens snd good breakfast options.

Our toilet was very slow to fill up… the water had been turned off to the toilet. Check in was not quick. We were told our card was declined and they needed another card. When we tried to get clarification there was a different card on the account( something about 3rd party) I hope I will not be billed twice.

Easy check in/out. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of items.

No buckets by ice machine at night or during the day. Staff just responsed, they must be in all of the rms. although it was only 3 pm. Need more plug ins for USBs like the Hilton by the steak house.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, very accommodating for my dog! Great area just outside for taking him out first thing to pee/poo. Loved the noncarpeted flooring for pet rooms as well. Parking was easy and free. Love all-day and night available coffee/tea.
