The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, looks are deceiving. The location was decent with an exception of the parking. I was able to snap a spot in front of the building but I was paranoid due to the uncertainty of my car possibly being towed or broken in to. The "lobby" isn't much of a lobby like you would typically see in many other hotels, it's a make shift desk/table just inside the door (strange set up). The only staff I encountered were the employee checking visitors in and the one checking them out.

The parking situation needs improvement.

Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and great location.

We stayed a week and asked for the room to be cleaned after the 4th day, but learned that you need to make a request a day or more in advance (this meant we didn't get the room cleaning in time). I think they had just changed this policy, so even the staff were a little fuzzy and said something different than what was written down. Not a huge problem, but wish this part had been more straightforward. On a separate note, there wasn't any seating in the room, aside from the bed and the bar stools in the galley kitchen. We moved the patio set into the bedroom (since it was cooler anyway), which worked. Just needed a place to sit and have coffee, or work on the lap top for a bit.

Loved this property! Cleverly designed apartments in a great area for coffee, food and shopping. Very walkable. We found parking easily on the street and watched the two hour limit closely. We slept great in comfortable beds. Everything in the apartment was clean and fresh and new. Our balcony overlooked the pool area and had a view of Central Ave. We swam one afternoon and loved the facilities- nice pool, comfortable loungers , umbrellas and tables for easy hanging out, towels and restrooms close by. The whole thing was really well done.

very no-frills. felt less like a hotel and more like an empty apartment complex. not much of a "lobby" to speak of, but staff was friendly. parking situation was weird. ended up parking on the street and risking a ticket as that was cheaper than the $35 for valet. great location. the units themselves have lots of space and a decent-sized kitchen so it's definitely a great option for someone spending multiple days in this area.

the "lobby" closes at a certain point so it doesn't really feel like a hotel. which is fine, but I did not realize it when I booked the room. it's honestly more like an airbnb in some ways.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Mint House. I have already booked it again for a seocnd, upcoming trip. I had a poolside room (free upgrade upon check-in) and it was fabulous. I miss having my coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the pool! Can't wait to go back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed and more and there was a washer and dryer in unit as well. Very chic and up to date unit and very walkable to bars and restaurants.

Could not adjust the air temp.

Loved the simplicity and value, kitchen and washer/dryer and balcony, DOG FRIENDLY - just lovely. Location makes it easy to get where you’re going, food/entertainment/shopping/exercise/etc.

Those poor valet guys! They were working so hard and felt so bad about the wait we experienced at peak times. If valet is your only option for parking, it should be your best option. The staff was great, just VERY shorthanded for the distance they had to go to retrieve/drop off a car.

This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Some people complain about the parking. Not having a US phone made it difficult to download the parking apps that are recommended. The free street parking worked for shorter stops (2 hrs). We mainly used the Sundial parking downtown. This allowed us to explore restaurants downtown and then either walk or take the Trolley on Central Avenue back. The Trolley on Central Ave could be better promoted by the staff as it makes downtown parking easier - however it only runs every 30 minutes.

This was lovely, very clean, and looked like a brand new apartment. It is not a hotel or Bnb as they do not provide a continental breakfast or daily maid service, however there is someone working in their lobby office and valets are there to park and retrieve your car. The kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry appliances are right in the room. Coffee packets that lasted us 4 days were supplied along with packs of sugar and cream in canisters along with dishwasher and laundry pellets. Publix grocery is just about a 10 min walk and there were many coffee shops, restaurants and bars all steps away. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and the bed was comfy-not too soft not too firm and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although we did not use the pool. We would pick this place again!

The thermostat was a little tricky but we dd get it figured out.

Loved the room, everything was updated and clean, lobby and all other facilities we visited were great as well. It’s close to everything St. Pete has to offer which is also a plus.

The parking situation is just super unfortunate… They had no valet when we went so we had to use one of the parkkng lots nearby. Most of them expire in the middle of the night which is irritating and they were also kinda shady. The closest parking lot is a 3 minute walk, so at least it wasn’t too bad. Unless something about the parking changes I think we’d consider somewhere else for our next stay, despite all the positives.
