I liked that the room has a balcony that is outdoor space you can enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants, Red Rock Amphitheater & other attractions Denver and surrounding area has to offer.

The TV. I know your not supposed to spend time in your hotel when your on vacation but holy crap! The TV was from 2011 and very small. My computer monitor is bigger and clearer! Very minute complaint for sure....but get with the times 😀 I also booked a larger room with a balcony with a mountain view. Paid for it. But when arrived I almost was placed on the 1st fl, no balcony and was told there is no such thing as mountain view. I did end up getting a room with a balcony but had to settle for a smaller room. I was kind of disappointed that the pictures showed a mountain view and everything. I was also told I wouldn't pay for the larger room and it would be less expensive for the room difference. I paid the same....

How close it was to the interstate and other accommodations like the mall and restaurants.

The facilities were clean and friendly staff. The location can’t be beat. So I didn’t mind the higher price tag for that.

I booked a king bed and sofa bed, plus a mt view. When I checked in and got to the room it was only one bed and no view or balcony. Since I was with my 18 yr old son, we can’t sleep in the same bed. I’m his mom. I went to the front desk and he immediately got me a new room and it was perfect. He wasn’t the one who intially checked us in but was great. I wish I could remember his name!!

They had comfortable beds, balcony rooms, very quiet location, would repeat.

No pool or hot tub directly onsite

The staff was so kind and amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. Good breakfast offerings.

The latches on our window were broken, so there was a draft through the window all night. The pool is in the hotel across the parking lot. The breakfast option is not well explained. If you're not into food from Starbucks, then the breakfast offerings are not for you.

Tanner especially was amazing. He helped us book multiple rooms at multiple times. He was so helpful. He helped with reservation, he checked us in with kindness and helpfulness. He knew who we were when we arrived. Then had a small issue with refrigerator he came up right away with towels I requested and fixed the refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady that was working in the early morning when we left had an attitude, maybe she had a bad night but don’t take it out on the customers. If you don’t like your job then find something else that not in customer hospitality.

The breakfast was sumptuous- possible too big! The gals serving were amazingly polite. The gal serving wine after 5:00 pm was particularly nice.

The bathroom had no body lotion, the shampoo, etc in the shower were labeled in light green in a green bottle so we could not tell what was in which bottle (we guessed). The wastebaskets could be of normal size! The room is tiny.

We absolutely loved the breakfast provided by Starbucks! Best we had on our cross-country!

The fridge did not work, bummer when we are doing a long road trip. A bit hard to find, it's so tucked away in the middle of a block.

very patient and nice night staff lady. she didn’t make it feel like I was being rushed whatsoever, especially when I was struggling trying to transfer the funds to my account to pay for the room. she didn’t even ask to check the people out behind me while waiting. wish I remembered her name. stayed the night of April 14th 2023.
