Always hot and varied every day. Clean hotel. Located in a good area of town. Easily accessible to the interstate. Very close to downtown, yet just far enough away to avoid homeless folks. In the building, there is only one small elevator (I think I’m recalling this correctly) which makes it slow going from car to room.

We'd like to thank Margaret for going out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Margaret came up to our room and rebooted the TV box. She is welcoming, friendly, and helpful! The complimentary breakfast great. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, and juice. The coffee was wonderful ~

The hotel needs a little TLC but was perfect otherwise.

Located near a beautiful stream and perfect view of Pikes Peak.

There are wood pecker type birds that make a jackhammer type noise very early (4-5am) start with repeated hammering in the walls. There are multiple holes in the building from these birds nesting here. Also the thick drapes do not close, so morning light does come right in.

Our room had a great view of trees and mountains! The television wasn't working but Cash fixed it without problems. Cash is outstanding - friendly, very competent, made us feel welcome. Breakfast was fine especially the second morning when there was bacon. Great location for what we were doing in Colorado Springs.

The price seemed a little high for a two star hotel. We spent over $300 for two nights.

I had an awesome view of the mountains and creek. They fed me a nice, hot breakfast each morning. It was quiet and I was able to practice meditation using my portable computer with their internet, and study with my books at the table/chair in the room. My stay could not possibly have been improved upon in any way. It was the whole package!

We were very pleasantly surprised, the room was very comfortable and we had a lovely time and a lovely view. We will be back. Very pleasant and clean place.

Everything was fine! Only suggestion would be that we would have liked access to paper plates when we purchased microwavable snacks from the lobby.

This motel feels like it's run by family. It's a little outdated, but it is clean, very comfortable and safe. Anything I've needed or asked for during our extended stay has been accommodated by their staff. It's a great value for the price.

Amazing staff and location, beautiful view of the mountains and close to anywhere you want to go. Put put golf course and walking trail with creek and bridge next to hotel. Can’t ask for a better place. Good breakfast and coffee

The pool was more for kids but the hot tub was great. Gym was lacking also

The breakfast was alright. Offered a little more than most hotels. The gal that checked us in was friendly and very kind. The room was cold so made for perfect nights rest. There were plenty of towels foe us all.

Took kids to pool and there were no towels provided to dry off BUT was able to request towel at front desk. I didn't like how far off the 25 the hotel was located but it was easy to find.

it was nice and comfortable, my favorite was the breakfast they had eggs with potatoes and another day with bacon, bananas, yogurt, coffee was good too!

the only thing i didnt like was the sink it was too low like right at my waist
