The pool was nice and warm!! The room was clean but some wear and tear!

The people around were extremely loud. Walls were thin and you could hear everything going on around you. The breakfast was extremely limited. I had to ask for bread, cups, plastic wear. No fresh fruit. Breakfast was cereal, a couple of yogurt and a premade dry muffin. Not much for the price 😢

The location is right off of I-25. Easily accessible. Clerks are friendly and showed me the room before I checked in to make sure I was ok with them. The construction did not affect me as we were gone during the day.

Breakfast was minimal due to being under construction but I was made aware of this before I checked in. There is not a Woodmen Inn sign out front. If you stay there it is the one under construction (it’s obvious). I had to call the Inn to verify because there was a Wingate sign out front. The pool was open, the gym was not.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Under construction. They are in the process of a full remodeling. The construction crew took one of the elevators out of service for their use and wait times for customers was long. Large groups standing with all their luggage waiting to get on an elevator for over 10 min. In the morning.

Nice location. Better than most hotels in it's price range.

My sink would not drain. They didn't have anyone who could fix it. They offered me another room, but we had already moved into this one. So, we just put up with a sink that wouldn't drain. Breakfast was OK, but other places in this price range have better breakfasts. No cold cereal. What gives with that?

I liked the entire stay. very pleasant, quiet , and accommodating . definitely stay again next time I come through Colorado springs.

the breakfast bar was a little small for the demands . often a line-in-wait for the main breakfast courses . to me it is no big deal as I am here on leisure but it is not the best way to start the day when surrounded by a bunch of demanding and irritable peoples that early in the morning.. my guess is that most of the people who were irritable and complaining about the no food situation are those who have ridden the coach line here to the facility and have no personal transportation by which they can go and buy breakfast somewhere else that'd be my guess? That said, there wasn't anything I did not like about the place I think it's a nicely ran clean and welcoming comforting environment to which II will definitely return.

I like that everywhere else I needed to be, it was close to. Extremely polite staff.

Wheelchair accessibility??? It was, but our room was just big enough for my husband to squeeze through. He had to move into a corner for me to get to the other side of the room. I had to turn on the shower for him because he couldn’t reach. Unfortunately, the battery to the pool lift was broken so we couldn’t go swimming. And there were stairs to the pool, I guess we were supposed to walk outside and around. Lastly, there were too many potholes on the ground.

Everything was great except for an overcharge of $72.17 after I proved being charged incorrectly. I did get credit at first just to be charged for it again AFTER I checked out! Also, I have not received my $100 deposit that was requested from me at check-in! Washer and dryers were also not working! My next step is legal action.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. We had a king-sized bed with a low-threshold shower. I appreciated having guest laundry facilities. In the morning we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with fresh bagels, cereal/oatmeal, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage. During breakfast I discovered my partner had a medical emergency, requiring us to rearrange the entire week's plans; the staff was very supportive and extended our stay by a night. I also appreciated getting the 10% discount at Outback!

well I had management knock at my door to tell me a person told them that the smell of marijuana was coming from my room. They gave me a warning. I did smoke outside so I probably did smell like it. I did not smoke in my room. So I did feel a certain way about that. Then after I get home I check my credit card and they charged me for linen!! I called and receptionist told me they do that if linen is damaged. I did not damage linen. I left a message for a manager to call me about this. I have not got a call yet. just kinda of weird stay, we travel a lot and I never had an experience like this.

while a little old, it was clean and comfortable. there was walking distance restaurants. the staff was welcoming and cordial. a nice end to a delayed flight and a drive from Denver late at night. Work area helped as well.

breakfast was Ok. the standard preprepared eggs, Pancake machine was also typical nothing special. shower had issue but use corrected quickly. window blind broken and AC a little noisy. Coffee was highlight!
