Great location and clean facilities.

Room was next to the elevator and it was loud. Hong Kong being very nocturnal meant that the elevator will be in use throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

the property is just right next to a shopping mall which is bery covenient if you wanna dine out instead of having buffet lunch or dinner in the hotel.

the hotel was nice & the value of stay is just right. however, the breakfast wasnt so flattering at all. they advertise it as an international breakfast but all they have literally were (i can list it all down) 3kinds of cereals, yoghurt, hashbrown,egg,bacon,ham, sausage,pork n beans, cherry tomatoes,4kinds of breads. thats it.😂 not too much choices. we often do staycations & this is the first hotel we came across with not appealing breakfast buffet choices.

Tin Shui Wai is a long way from downtown Kowloon and Hong Kong, but the area is nice and quiet with lots of parks and good local transport. It is easy to get to / from the airport and a direct MTR link to downtown in around 50 mins. The hotel has two towers, either side of the gateway to a park area. My room was large (very large for Hong Kong), with a nice big bed and seperate seating area. Great views over the surrounding area, with a floor to ceiling window. Staff were friendly and helpful, both at check in and the cleaning staff, who asked every day I saw them if I needed anything.

It was not clear which tower to go to at first. You can check in at either tower, but then my room was actually in the other tower from the one I checked in at. There is a restaurant / bar, but it seemed to close fairly early (9pm I think). I was out until much later most days, so that was not a problem for me, but worth knowing as other restaurants in the area close at a similar time and I don't think there are other bars in the area because it is mainly a residential district.

The location is very quiet and convenient with eateries around the hotel. Light rail stop just outside the hotel and numerous bus routes to take you to the city, Kowloon, Hongkong Island or the airport.

The elevators were very slow this time around. We always had to wait quite a while and each time, because of the lengthy wait, the elevator was filled to almost capacity. And it seems like only one out of the three elevators was working at any given time. Also, for a room with two occupants, the hotel only provided one packet each of tea and coffee for the entire 7 day stay!

The room was very spacious and clean with a fantastic partial view of the wetlands park. Reception staff were always very helpful with any enquiry a guest might pose, cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The location is perfect for me, since I am in no hurry to be anywhere at any given time, so the hotel being further away is not an issue for me. The nearby bus stops and train stops can take you to the city centre and airport. Two buses can take you to Causeway Bay and Tsimshatsui directly. There are malls nearby where there are plenty of food choices, a supermarket, a cinema and a very nice park to get some exercise in!

The swimming pool, the proximity of the bus stations. The size of the rooms, water pressure, and temperature. The rooms are very quiet. Beds are comfortable and clean.

The rooms could be updated, especially the bathroom. After my 5 night stay, I really needed a late check out as my flight was suddenly moved and they could only offer 30min extra. It was not high season and the hotel seemed fairly empty, I would have appreciated a little bit more empathy from them for just a couple hours.

This accommodation offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms. However, its drawback lies in its considerable distance from the city, resulting in higher public transport costs and exhausting travel times exceeding an hour each way. The inconvenience extends to limited transportation availability at later hours, restricting your ability to stay out late.

Located in a less touristy part of Hong Kong, this hotel offers modern, spacious rooms that are a refreshing change from the typical cramped and old fashioned accommodations in the city. The attached mall is a bonus, featuring some excellent dining options. If it weren’t so far from Central, this would be my go-to spot every time. Here are the revised travel instructions: Take the MTR to Tin Shui Wai Station. Exit at E1 and proceed to the Light Rail Tram. Board Tram 705 and get off at Ginza (not Tin Wing). Ginza Station is directly in front of Tower 2 of Harbour Plaza Resort. Walking from Tin Shui Wai Station to the hotel is not recommended as it is over a mile with complex roads and crossings.

The long train ride from Central was a bit of a hassle, and I had trouble getting a taxi to the airport due to a typhoon alert, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is far from the center which make the neighborhood a bit more on residences side which is good to our preference, while its far from the center its so close to public transportation make it convenient, the room are really big and comfortable with this price in Hong Kong I would say its really good value. Check in take a bit long (lack of staff) but check out is super duper quick and easy. Hotel staff also responsive by email for my prior request and questions, which is something I really appreciated.

Just a con far from the center, took estimates 1 hours up by bus or train to get to attractions, but its not a problem we would like a bigger room and more quiet area.

The room was spacious, clean and bright with a great view. Though the location was off the main MTR route, there were frequently run (right in front of the hotel) light rail circular lines connecting to the Tin Shui Wei MTR station. The several nearby shopping malls offered various eatery and essential services such as banking and bakery/supermarket within reach through the light rail and there was a shopping mall right next to the hotel within walking distance.

The hotel could offer an international power supply for travelers. Since we no longer brought our adaptors, we ended up buying a power supply adaptor from a nearby store to convert the local socket to work with the power plug for my laptop.
