This was my 7th stay at this Microtel and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always so nice and helpful. The location is great. The housekeepers keep my room spotless every day. I am even a little eccentric and like to have the same room every time I come and the management honors that request. I am always very pleased with my stays here.

location close to the I-75 and a good price. Easy to check in and out and lots of communications once boooked.

Breakfast was super basic and the bed a bit hard. Also the place look taken care of but paint splotches were all over the bathroom floor. a damp rag would have taken care of that with a professional painter. Assuming it was a cheap contractor

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and gas stations. Attractive newly painted building. Area was generally quiet.

Bathrooms could have used a little updating, floor was cracked. Breakfast was very basic with few healthy choices. Corridors were very warm, but overall everything was good.

It was clean. It was quiet. The location was great. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was less than what was expected just like all that do not say “deluxe continental breakfast”

There wasn’t really too much not to like. Everything was as expected but the service from the staff was what made my stay exceptional I also liked the fact that it was very quiet and everyone kept to themselves

I loves the room I stayed in. It was very clean and well.kept. The hotel staff was also very nice, professional, and accommodating! The continental breakfast was phenomenal too! I actually learned how to cook.waffels for the first time! I would definitely visit the hotel again!

Everything was phenomenal! I have no complaints! I only wish that I could have stayed longet!

Everything would have been fine except they charged my card multiple times, sent me into overdraft, which I’m still trying to get right a week later. They said they remedied my situation, but everything is still messed up. Won’t be staying there again.

I have stayed here three times in the last year. It is always clean and comfortable. I ask for my same room and they accomodate me so I feel like it is my home away from home when I travel. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

There were two occasions on this last visit when I came back after a long day of sightseeing and found the maids had cleaned my bathroom but had not made the bed. Granted, it may be a small thing, but when you are hot and tired, you kind of want to be spoiled ad come back to a fresh, clean, crisp bed. I also was not comfrtable with the maids bringing their children with them into the rooms when they were cleaning. I spoke to the manager and he was excellent with my concern. I explained I was worried the maids might be fored and he said no, he would work with them to make sure they performed their job thoroughly. The staff here is always so nice. Even with this hiccup, this is still the hotel I will always be happy to stay at.

Convenient location and safe atmosphere.

I was on the first floor. When the upstairs person took a shower, it dripped through the vent in the shower and got water all over the bathroom floor. I reported this when I returned my key.

Safe, quiet, clean

A little bit worn - but those are just poor design choices making for premature wear. Also, to echo many other travelers- the pillows are terrible.

The staff was great. The room was lovely and clean. The continental breakfast was even pretty good.

I didn't dislike anything! The whole experience was wonderful!
