We loved everything about the property! From the moment we stepped in, everyone from the drivers to the reception, to the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were outstanding. We felt very taken care of. We had an anniversary at that time in our family and Akshat and his team got us a cake and organised a traditional dance/singing performance as a surprise. In addition my niece fell unwell and the house keeping staff in 3204/3206 created a beautiful towel creation for her to cheer her up. Truly exceptional care for their guests

Wonderful experience at Welcome Hotel ITC. We have been to this property previously as well and we have enjoyed our time both the times. Excellent rooms, lavish spread at breakfast and other meals, but really the staff at this hotel makes this hotel all the more special. They go all out of their way to accommodate your requests and make the stay all the more memorable. The staff at front office including Sachin, the restaurant staff including manager Akshat & Mukul, members Hemraj, Vinay, Ravinder amongst others, the housekeeping staff including Prakash etc, all were exceptional. Kudos to them for maintaining the standards and delivering such an amazing experience! Look forward to visiting soon enough

Approach roads to the hotel are in a dilapidated condition.

1.Very good front desk staff,always ready to help you. 2.Neat and clean big rooms 3.Top noch room service , just dial and get. no waiting. 4.Delicious food and breakfast was so many options for Veg.and Non Veg. Overall very good value for money.

1.No restrictions in sweming pool,come and jump ,1.No need of shower,2.no need of swim suit, 3.No lifeguard was appointed . 2.Bar Items is too costly ,check the rates before order. 3.Location is faraway to city ,if you want to enjoy city rooftops restaurants and other tourist spots then you need minimum one hour to reach at your destination.

The hotel is splendid, spread over a very large area. The lawns are well manicured, the bougainvillas enhance the beauty of the property. The sunrise from the room window was lovely. After ages, I had heard and spotted so many different varieties of birds. Multitude of options for entertainment were available - Ludo, archery, badminton, kids play area, cycles for free, pool table. Few paid alternative were also there, like Street basketball , racing video games etc. The breakfast menu was lavish and the staff was extremely courteous and took care of us like royalty. They also serve complimentary hi-tea. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with all the aspects.

The only downside is that it's very far away from the main city. So transportation becomes a hassle especially since I didn't have my own conveyance. But, such a sprawling resort can't come up in the bustling cities nowadays.

Hotel is very good and great experience with family also. Staff and Room was very good. Only thing it is far from the city center if you are not having your own car then it is expensive for taxi to come and pickup from the hotel and drop you back there. I would still recommend the hotel. One of the best hotel in Jodhpur. Thank you to each one of you for making us stay so great, comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent maintained property with big room sizes and lovely outdoor area for roaming.

The lighting in the room should be increased; it gets very gloomy at Night. Also, the kids' play area should have free Games. I would suggest the property make a day pass for kids to use for playing different video games and air hockey type games. They can charge like 500 rs for a full day, because playing a 60-second game for 100 rs every time is really expensive if you stay longer.

Almost everything. Beautiful room with a view. Staff members are hardworking , kind hearted and extremely professional. The food is mouthwatering especially Breakfast. However I booked a half board so dinner was included. The buffet spread is sufficient and covers almost all the main dishes. The hotel is away from the main city but near the airport. Quiet and pristine property. Don't miss out on the handicraft shop in the hotel . Lovely products with decent prices.

Didn't find any fault.

Breakfast is amazing. Overall the food is the best you can get in Jodhpur - especially Sholla. The bar is pretty neat. The hotel property is pretty and lots of space/ greenery to walk around. Rooms are quite spacious There is a separate play area for kids which is a definite plus They arrange for programs like puppet show, pottery demos etc. in the evening which is quite fun. There's a live show at their restaurant which again was better than the one we saw locally. Swimming pool is great but doesn't have heating so quite useless for second half of the year

Kid's menu is all junk. No homefood like dal rice, khichidi etc. which kids actually want to eat. And they will charge you if you ask for that - with portion sizes that's enough for an adult. (never faced that in any other premium property) Extremely difficult to travel around since the hotel is far flung- so either get ready to shell out daily 2-3k on basic travel or get your own car. The hotel conveyance is damn expensive Hotel staff are pretty good and they are trying their best, but you can see the difference in training between a top tier 5 star and a Welcomhotel quite clearly.

primarily staff right from front office to the lower most attendants, they go and extra mile to make you feel comfortable...truly this was HOME AWAY FROM HOME....what more when we were leaving we were literally seen of by a group of staff as you see the family off...not to name any staff members, I shall be doing injustice if I name individual...must say its not only WELCOME HOTEL, it's back to home abode....thanks to all

Really very nice hotel, new and large structure even if located outside the center of Jodhpur. Clean room, very large indeed. Friendly staff. good restaurant. Inside there are some very nice shops where you can buy inexpensive souvenirs. There is also entertainment such as shows, billiards etc

Far from the city center. Probably the staff is not qualified enough to manage a luxury hotel like this. They struggled to handle simple requests like a bottle of still mineral water. Despite this, I absolutely recommend it, no unsolvable problems and the staff has always tried to accommodate the customer
